It was as if she had uttered some form of slander against every worker in the building and their extended families right down to the pets. At once, Jemma was beyond uncomfortable. It was the truth, though she couldn't exactly explain to them that she didn't actually need to wear clothes, she could produce her own, or more accurately she could reconstruct hers at will when she wanted. Then again, she doubted they'd take such a revelation any better... Making clothes was their livelihood.
"Should I take that as code to add to the order?" Liron questioned. Based on the look he was giving her, he was completely serious.
"I humbly thank you for your gracious hospitality," Jemma amended. Most of the stares stopped, and she felt she could breath again.
