Chapter 7 - CHAPTER 6

They went straight to the airport, luckily enough the plane was still there. When they arrived in China, it was almost dark; they looked for a taxi that would take them to where they wanted to go. The security guard would not let them in so they asked to see Mr. Wong. Mr. Wong knew Winkle's children and he was surprised to see them.

He asked them standing at a distance, "did your father send you here so that you can spy on us."

"No sir, we need your help," Dean told him.

"Let them in," Mr. Wong told the guard. "But you have to leave all phones, tablets, laptops with the guards. Hey, make sure they do not have any cameras on them then let them in after you are done," he ordered the guard.

"We did not come here to spy on you sir, we need your help. Our father does not even know that we are here; he thinks that we are with our uncle. His workers are planning to kill us so you are the only person we thought could help us," Deon told Mr. Wong.

"What about him?" Mr. Wong asked pointing to Roger.

"He also needs your help, we tricked him and if he goes back home without us he will die. My father is planning on killing all of you tonight so you must be careful," said Dean.

"How is he going to do that?" he asked.

Deon looked at Dean who told her to go ahead, "he is going to use his magic to control all the students' mind so that they will attack those students and their parents," she said.

"What makes you think that we will listen to what you are saying," Mr. Wong asked.

Roger was quiet all this while and when he saw that Mr. Wong did not believe Dean and his sister he decided to help them.

"Sir, you have to believe them. I was in the meeting when all these things were planned, in two hours time all these students will come and attack you," Roger supported the two teenagers.

"If we were here to spy on you, we wouldn't have agreed to leave our phones with the guard. We are here to help you so that you can help us in return, please you have to believe us," Deon tried to explain.

"Ok, but if you are lying, I will kill you. Let us go to the hall where the others are and see what we can do," said Mr. Wong at last, believing them.

Not all the people who were in the hall knew Winkle's children so they just went in and sat down without anyone questioning them.

"I know that you will all get angry after knowing who these teenagers are, but they need our help. These are Winkle's children, they are not here to spy on us or do what their father did to us, they are here to help us," Mr. Wong said.

"How do you know that they are not like their father?" Mrs. Meker asked.

"At first I couldn't believe them but when their body guard explained I knew that they are not lying; they told me that their father's workers are planning to kill them. They also told me that their father wants to control all the students' minds so that they can attack us," he said.

"How is he going to do that, the students' at this school are not robots but human beings so how is he going to do that?" Molly asked and all the others laughed.

"Are you forgetting that he is the master of magic?" her father reminded her.

"Oh, ok I had forgotten," Molly later, remembered how Nick had manipulated her brain using Winkle's magic.

"So what are we going to do, are we just going to believe them and run away. What if their father will be waiting for us wherever we plan to go," Hailey asked.

"Come on Hailey, we have to give them a benefit of the doubt. If they lie to us, well they know what will happen to them," Mike told Hailey.

"Ok, you can wait for one and a half hour and see what will happen. There is going to be total darkness at this school only though to you it might seem as if there will be darkness all over the world. This will be followed by something that looks like snow, which will not be snow, and this will brainwash the students' brain. If you can walk through that darkness then you will be safe," Dean explained.

"How long will the darkness be there?" Nick asked.

"For about five minutes which will be enough for you to escape," Deon replied.

"How on earth did you know that?" Abby asked.

"Hey a magician's son is also a magician," Dean replied and all the people laughed. "I read my father's magic book that is how I got to know all this," he said.

"Ok, if what you say is true then we will believe but if it does not happen, I will blow your heads off, for now all the students can go to their rooms and pack their clothes and everything else, you have forty- five minutes to do that. Whatever is to happen should happen when you are all here," Mr. Wong said. "The parents please remain behind so that we can decide where we can go with the students or not. The place has to be a safe place, remember they have not finished their training. They are not yet fit to face the enemy, so we still need more days," he continued.

The students went to their rooms and packed, by twenty- five minutes they all had finished.

Abby and Anne sat down after they had finished packing, "hey, you have been smiling since that boy and her sister arrived, is there something I should know?" her friend asked.

"Me, smiling, I did not even smile even once," she lied but her face gave her away.

"Come on, I am not a sixth grade whom you can deceive so easily, tell me the truth," Anne told her.

"Ok, ok, I think I like that guy," she told her friend.

"What please tell me you are joking or I will throw up in my mouth? You barely know that person and you are saying you like him already, Abby, he is the son of the enemy. You cannot be serious, at least even once," Anne said.

"He might be the son of an enemy Anne but he is not our enemy, you didn't see what I saw when I looked at him. They are not here to spy on us, they need our help, we have to believe them," Abby told her friend who totally disagreed with what she was saying.

"Ok, you can do whatever you want but do not say I did not warn you if something bad happen," Anne said looking at her friend.
