5. The Witch Diet
Witches of all Colors have a recommended to required diet. Anorexia in Witches involved 1 out of 8 witches which has led to a stigma the culture separates from.
Many witches have inborn sense, in blunt terms, many Witches are psychic.
Having psychic abilities as studied by parapsychologists and neurologists, say that witches need to treat their parietal cortex with care.
The PC (Parietal Cortex) deals with the processes tied with touch, understanding, and thinking.
Somatosensory, the parietal is also one of the constellations created by Witches of Locucts. The Constellation Inz is regarded as blessing and enhancing this part of the brain though parapsychologists say it's concentrated thought.
Shikki Bible had a theory that continuous thought was able to strengthen a certain lobe in the brain.
She wasn't too far off as Parapsychologist Modi Gorski tested the effects of meditation and found that meditation allows the mind to enter a lucid dream state. He said that entering this phase would let the brain take a second stage of sleep.
A person with high blood pressure showed that taking four hours of meditation leveled his blood as well as steadied the heart.
The Department encourages meditation for patients registered as certain medications incited anxiety, paranoia, and stroke.
Witches, under the DOHRCC, are classified as vampires though Tommy Growden in 2008 told that Witches were humans inspired by the Hippie Era. "A woman shouldn't have privilege for doing what she is supposed to do" said Tommy Growden during the incarceration of Gail Cooley. "A woman that wants to be a witch is fine. She cleans, cooks, and still manages offspring like she should. The bonus is other shit including healing a man and staying in the house."
Tommy Growden was sentenced to jail for kidnapping a woman and making her cook while his wife was in bed. Tommy Growden also protested to have piercings, tattoos, and certain hairstyles banned like pixie cut, the shaved, the bob, cornrows, box braids, crew cut, mohawk, afro, and dreads. "If women wear dreads and dreads look like rope. That means they want to hung or like BDSM." The only hairstyles that Tommy found attractive were wavy hairstyles, straight, perms, and ponytails.
Tommy Growden was discovered to be Gail's ex-husband and went to jail previously a number of times for assault and conspiracy.
Gail Cooley was left to starve as she weighed 208. Tommy kept in the house until she 121. She learned witchcraft and all her 'blessings' diminished. She didn't think and could barely move. When she turned 29, Gail weighed 95 pounds and was sent to the hospital where she honored a black nurse treating her.
"I hate him… I had to cut that family off and Luckily for Tommy. He was an orphan, he got adopted and I could be free."
Gail Cooley is cut off from the clan but joined the family again after knowledge of her uncle Burhart Growden.

On the fourth floor, I was shocked to see a statue that was broken. The head was gone but the feet and legs and torso were shattered. I looked for the name, they smashed the statue of NAS.
"What did he do?"
Daisy picked up his arms and Lola picked up the legs. I thought I could find the head but I had no luck. "Somebody's been through here…" said Lola.
"That's not good." mumbled Daisy. "I have a lot to do at home."
"What happened to his head!" I yelled. "Like… this a scared mountain! Isn't somebody around to look after it!"
"Monks…" Lola grimaced. "I haven't one monk yet."
"Who's been up here?" Daisy narrowed her eyes. "Let's hurry to the top."
"But the statue!"
"Mokiri, we can't do nothing without the head." Daisy told me. "You're thinking scotch tape or some shit. I could yell FIX but the head is gone."
I ran down the cave. I found the stairs and checked the bookshelves that were on the rock wall, near the ground and there was this round bookcase kept by a glass. I could open the glass case but the books inside were torn.
The Autobiography of Snoop Dog, Dr Dre, Easy-E… there was even a book on Missy Elliott. But it was just the cover and no pages.
"This shit is wrong!"
"Mama, most of the books don't have pages…"
"Lola baby, because I'm sure you told her, check the rings it's supposed to be fifty."
Lola goes to the gate and counts. "Thirty Nine."
"Thirty Nine fucking rings?"
"That's it." she counted again. I wore my legs out and looked on the next floor, the stairs were longer. On the side of the wall, next to a second pair of steps to the fifth floor were statues of little kids and I saw me.
