3. Lovzansky's Test
The Lovzansky Test or the Vampiric Jackstraw, was banned October 19th 2008. With the discovery of the realm, Maxence Lovzansky invented the Vampiric Jackstraw test to identify vampires.
The test was labeled racist when Lu Changming died from the sunlight. The department believed that the test was beneficial to identify vampires coming from Locucts that may have been using a different body to pass over.
During Lovzansky's Test and Trials, vampires were forced to walk in the sun with no clothes on for 24 hours. Vampires had to walk through mirror detectors as they were called to determine weather or not they had a shadow. The mirror test was quickly thrown out with the constant movement of a vampire's shadow. It was also discovered the Obayifo had both a reflection and a shadow but may not have it's own voice.
This was thrown out as well because of lack of evidence.
Vampires during the test were often missed treated physically, mentally, and verbally. Such as Lu Changming, a china man from Chongqing that was a Jiangshi.
The Department of Human Resources and Creature comforts does not recognize the Jiangshi as a vampire but a type of Ghoul. The Jiangshi compared to the Obayifo, Alukah, and Chedipe; the jiangshi feeds on 'Qi' and not human blood like the rest.
The department sees over vampires that cross over. This is nearly impossible as the the department cannot the enter the back alleys. It was assumed that Lu was murdered outside the realm. He was not registered and according to his wife at the time. Lu did not like to move.
When Lu Changming had taken the test. It was recorded he had a shadow, a reflection, fangs and vampiric eyes. He did not have wings or the assumed fork tongue. In 2003 it was assumed that Chinese vampires carried the fork tongue gene. The department was having trouble understanding the origin of the jiangshi.
They had focused so much on the Obayifo. They wrote in several America textbooks that the Obayifo made it's may to china running away from slavery in America.
The jiangshi is recognized by TCS, The Colored Skins and Cousins, as a vampire. 'The jiangshi is part of any culture of any nation.' told president Claude Ross. 'Anyone can clearly be a vampire, but it's sad how often we look with one eye.'
Several Witches were asked to participate. Gail Cooley went through the test where she was asked to swallow liquids to test if she was a witch.
Gail claimed that the department drugged her. She went on to take rehab for Alcoholism. She did not finish.

Wyleisha gave Closwintha the stem cells that were in a square box. "There should be a bag wedged in the box with the stem cells. Get a syringe and get my blood."
Wyleisha looked back and forth at the two things in the room. She grabbed the bag of syringes. With unsteady hand, she jabbed Closwintha in the arm and let her do it herself.
Wyleisha rocked back and forth. Closwintha looked at her blood and viewed her. "A cadaver and a zombie are different. One can actually still fight… that's why you still here."
She could just barely make nout the words. "I'm doing this all wrong. I wanted you to be a witch." Closwintha drew her blood and threw the syringe in the box. "Kick it to me."
Wyleisha slid the box with her foot and hissed. "Your bloody needs the flow of blood to revive. Stem cells repair damage cells." She took a bottle of stem cells and took the cap off. She mixed in her blood with the chicken bone marrow. "This isn't instant…" Closwintha shook the bottle, she kept shaking it and looked at Wyleisha. "Lock the door. Though, you can barely move…"
"What…" her neck rotated. "What am I?"
"You are a drunk. Honestly, I fucked up. This is what the department does, they make their own drunks."
Wyleisha bore her teeth. "I'm sorry…"
"NO!" her body jerked. "Mokiri… you are a drunk but without your wolf, you are human. I should have used a ritual--"
"IMP!" her eyes glowed. "IMPISH!"
"I'm sorry, I did wrong--"
She roared to the wooden ceiling and kicked over the box. She stomped on them. "FIX ME!"
"Well…" Closwintha sighed. "I can…"

"Ok. I fucked up. You're an imp and imps are like big green demons. In fact, some people argue it's a damn zombie but I don't know. I gave you sample of the chicken bone so you can think a little better." she stared at her. "I should have know better."
Wyleisha scoffed. "Dumb white bitch!"
"I'm your cousin!"
"And?"
"Ugh…" Closwintha rolled her eyes. "I'll never hear the end of it… ANYWAYS. Being an imp is reversible. So, all I have to do is… give you cells to recover. And then…"
"Then…" she lamented.
"I'll do a ritual. Because…" Wyleisha cocked a brow. "You are human…" she looked away. What the fuck was the goal.
"Length?" Wyleisha growled. "Hm?" Closwintha held her lips tight. "A year or more…"
"Really!" she sneered. "Well… yeah…"
"You knocked the fuck outta me! Like I saw shit!"
"The bone is gracefully--"
"Nigga fuck the goddamn bone. Look at me!"
She surely wasn't black, it was really more of a medium spring green with some gray undertones. "I can't breathe!" she patted her throat and coughed up a string of phlegm on the floor. "What the fuck!"
"That's a good thing. You just need some chicken."
"Are you a chicken?"
"No…?"
"Can I fry you still?"
She knew she was an airhead for it. How in the soul were they related? She couldn't really speak a whole sentence, her speech was muffled as if she chewed on gum while speaking. "So… you know Amalaric, right?"
She was… is a student. She nodded. "Well, I used to go."
Wyleisha lifted her brows. "So it takes approximately a year--" Wyleisha's eyes got wider. "Less… if you have parents." Wyleisha nipped her tongue. "However… we have your mother." Wyleisha believed she stopped breathing. Closwitha and her had a staring contest. She sighed, "Growden runs the plants. If I did work, he let daddy go…" she looked away. "But dad's dead… I'm just working to fix him."
She didn't give a fuck. "Look I'm sorry!"
Wyleisha tossed her eyes in a way that the eyeball lid behind the eyelid, came back, got stuck behind bottom lid before correcting itself.
Closwintha put her hands in front of her. "Sorry we beat you…"
"To death!"
"Aril hit you with a four by four…" she looked away from her. "that's why your eyes are messed up…"
She didn't know if facial expressions mattered at this point. And it hurt to do them.
"MEDS! NOW!"
