Locucts is a realm hidden in the state of Virginia. Locucts stretch from the Chesapeake Bay to the North Carolina Border. It has been perceived to stretch further as trances have been discovered in the swamps of Louisiana. It is the home of the supernatural and mysteries of the world. In 1803, it was assumed that this was the origin of Big Foot but no clear evidence has been presented.
Virginia is a southeastern state and is one of the original colonies. It held the historic landmark, the Monticello which later became a trap house for the Growden family. As well as the Charlottesville plantation that kept eighty-six vampires and twenty dozen werewolves.
The owner at the time Ammiras Crummey was said to worship an angel riding a gargoyle. The angel was named Peritia, Peritia stood in the Locucts as a prostitute. She came from a coven that saw over the Locucts. At the time, The House of Purr was one of the first covens discovered and the home and death of Changany Jheehal. He was crucified by police for kidnapping twenty-eight women.
The plantation since then is regarded as one of Virginia's most haunted houses.
The Statue of Peri is still in the house. Some who have ventured inside the building reported that Peritia was without her gargoyle. Walking by the statue, it was said that Peritia's eyes moved as well as her lips, she apparently whispers to those that look at her, 'I am a God'
Whether or not Peritia held any connections with the Former Vampire Lord Changany is unknown but in the House of Purr, he held five paintings all depicting Peritia.
It was found, during a shooting at Mardi Gras, that vampires lived in Louisiana. Specifically, one called himself a king and was 400 years old. His coven, House of Boel, killed and kidnapped 116 people. Mardi Gras in Louisiana was canceled due to the ongoing attacks. Chere Lyons was sentenced to 80 years in prison and awaited execution by crucifixion. His trail was sped up as he attacked prisoners and guards.
He killed 99 people, eating fifty-four bodies and keeping 45 bodies to drink from to the point of death. Upon his execution, Chere Lyons did not die nor suffer burns. He was gassed, poisoned, and suffocated. He had three sons, one who was adopted. Seign, Chauncey, and Vuyon lived with their mother Adelaide Honey.
The Case of the Vampire Parade in Louisiana cost Adelaide Honey her life. With the investigation, it was discovered that the Lyons family went to a church inside the Locucts. Because Chere would not die, he was interrogated where the vampires were coming from. He didn't answer, police involved his children and wife. Adelaide was hung by her neck and burned. His sons were whipped and Vuyon suffered a heart attack from the pain.
Chere ended up telling police about the Church, he had this to say, "I have all that I have as long as I praise."
Chere took his kids back to the Locucts. He noted that he was not from the Locucts but he liked the name. He was a Ghytto Resident.
Chere went back to the Vampire lord whose name he claimed was Asphy'hod. He asked Asphy'Hod for his family back but in turn, his wife would be a vampire because he had asked previously asked for her to be immortal. Asphy'Hod gave him five days of power before he was assassinated by his own son Chauncey.
Chauncey Lyons later became a prophet, just like his father. He considered his adopted brother Vuyon up for grabs and sacrificed him to the Vampire Lord. While his older brother Seign Lyons would go on to kill his own blood. The House of Boel was buried in the swamps of Louisiana with the oldest and some grandchildren still living.
