Tonight Nadira is alone with Rendra at home. Meisya and Dipta are going out to attend the wedding of their friend's child.
"It's Saturday night, aren't you going out with your girlfriend?" Asked Dira who had just sat across from Rendra.
The brothers are now sitting on the sofa in the living room. A television that was there turned on with a sound that was not too loud.
Hearing his sister's words, Rendra nodded. The man's gaze was focused on his cellphone screen. When he is at home, Rendra really likes to play games on his cellphone.
And if he's been playing games, he's too lazy to talk to him.
She clicked her tongue in annoyance. "Rendra!! Can't you just not play a game on your phone? I'm asking to you!!"
"What?"
"You have no plans to go out this weekend?"
"No."
"Why?"
"Why do you want to know?" asked Rendra nonchalantly.
Dira scowled. She was very angry with her brother. "You always go out with Dina. Why isn't this weekend night?"
"Dina is having a family event at her house."
"Ah, it's a good thing if you come along. Wouldn't it be better for a boyfriend to start introducing hisself to his lover's family?" Dira asked with an amused chuckle.
Hearing that question, Rendra glanced slightly at his sister. Then the man turned off the game.
And Rendra finally sat himself down from the reclining position on the long sofa. "Dina didn't invite me to join the family event. What was I there for?"
"Your relationship with Dina has been established for four years. Why did Dina never invite you to meet her family?"
Rendra shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know. Leave her alone. The important thing is that she never lied to me."
"I think something is strange. I'm a girl, and I can think of the right hunch. I think Dina is hiding something from you. You always invite Dina to this house to just have dinner or celebrate our mother and father's birthdays. But Dina? She's not invite you to her family event." Dira said with curiosity.
"You're just my sister. Why are you thinking that far? Think about yourself. You don't have a boyfriend. Just find a lover out there. Don't interfere with my relationship with Dina."
"Hey!! I'm just thinking. As your good sister, I also want your relationship with her to be like any other couple. You stupid!"
Rendra sighed in annoyance when Dira spoke like that. "Never mind, we should have dinner. Mum and dad can't be here any minute. They must have been there a long time."
"What do you want to eat? On the dining table there is only rice and fruit. My stomach is hungry too." Dira said.
Then Rendra got up from his seat. "Shall we go out for a while?"
"Where to?"
"I want to eat fried rice, Dira. You don't want to come with me? I'll buy fried rice at the crossroads near our residential area."
"Really? All right, I'm coming with you. Wait for me. I'll get my jacket first."
Rendra nodded. The man entered the room for a moment to change his pants.
Then Rendra immediately took the car keys from the top of his study table.
This month, Indonesia is experiencing the rainy season. But tonight luckily it didn't rain. But the air temperature is quite cold because it is accompanied by a gust of wind.
Rendra and Dira then got into the car. The two brother and sisters immediately went to the fried rice seller that Rendra mentioned earlier.
The fried rice there tastes pretty good. Dira also liked the fried rice.
About fifteen minutes later, Dira and Rendra had arrived at the fried rice stall located at the corner of the crossroads. Rendra immediately parked the car properly. Meanwhile Dira had gotten out of the car since Rendra's car had stopped earlier.
Then Rendra also immediately got out of his car after he turned off the car engine and took his car keys again.
Dira and Rendra started to enter the fried rice stall. Seen there were two young couples were eating there.
And a woman in her forties greeted them in a friendly manner. "Ah, Miss Dira. How many servings do you want to buy?" Asked the woman who already knew Dira well. Because Dira often buys fried rice there.
She smiled kindly. "I ordered a two wrap fried rice."
"Ah, okay I'll get it ready. You two just sit down."
Dira and Rendra just nodded. They then sat on a long wooden chair.
The woman began to fry rice that had been mixed with eggs and some vegetables. However, the woman also spoke again. "Miss Dira, who is next to you? Is he your boyfriend? He is very handsome. His face is very similar to yours." The woman said with a small chuckle.
Suddenly, Dira and Rendra laughed amused to hear that. Then Rendra chose to speak.
"Sorry, we are both brother and sister. Dira and I often buy fried rice here. But this is the first time we have come together." Rendra said.
The woman's face looked surprised. No wonder she felt familiar with Rendra's face. "Oh really? I'm sorry. I thought you two were lovers. Hahaha maybe because I'm old, I didn't even know you two were brother and sister."
"Ah, it's okay. It's nothing serious. Don't worry.." said Rendra.
The woman nodded in understanding and smiled. Then she continued her activities, namely making two packs of fried rice for Dira and Rendra.
In the next second, it turned out that a male customer had just arrived.
The man was wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and a light brown leather jacket. The man immediately ordered three servings of fried rice to take home.
Dira felt familiar with the man's voice. The girl turned to the man standing beside her. The man turned out to be Ardian.
Dira widened her eyes. "Ardian?"
Feeling his name called, Ardian then turned to the left. His eyes immediately met with Nadira's beautiful eyes. The man smiled. "Ah, Dira? Are you here too?"
Dira nodded. "Yes. I came with my brother."
And Ardian saw a tall man sitting on Dira's left. Ardian smiled at Rendra and stretched out his right hand to invite Rendra to shake hands.
"My name is Ardian. I work with Dira in the same company." Ardian said firmly.
Rendra just smiled and shook Ardian's right hand. "Ah, I see. My name is Rendra, I am Dira's older brother."
Once again, Ardian smiled kindly and nodded. Then the man sat across from Rendra and Dira. Ardian was a little nervous and occasionally stole glances at Dira who was also holding back a smile at him.
