Tuesday and Wednesday just passed. It's thursday now.
As usual, Nadira arrived at her desk when it was still half past eight in the morning. But this time there were already several employees occupying their respective desks.
Dira entered the room and greeted some of the employees.
The girl accidentally looked at Karina's desk. The table looked neat and clean. Karina has not come to work for three days. Is Karina going to work today? Dira also didn't know why she was worried about her.
Because Dira was also curious about why Karina didn't come to work for three days. Dinda also doesn't know Karina's condition. Because Karina is very difficult to contact.
Dira also wants Karina to return to work soon. Because next week is the time to discuss routine evaluations on Monday.
Even though it was Dinda who did some of Karina's work, Karina's presence was of course very much needed at the routine meeting. Karina must present the use of monthly turnover. Of course to explain the expenses and income that has been made by the company.
Dira also felt a bit dizzy these two days. Because she also inevitably has to monitor the financial input data that should be done by Karina. Now the hang of doing it is her. She just felt a little annoyed. Honestly, she doesn't want to work overtime, especially if she's working alone.
At nine o'clock in the morning, Dira was annoyed. She looked at Karina's desk again.
The table is empty. Where did Karina actually go?
Because her work can still be left for a while, Dira approached Dinda. The girl sat in Karina's empty work chair. And Dira faced Dinda who was seriously typing something.
"Are you very busy?"
Dinda shook her head. "No. I'm just replying to an email from the central company. What's wrong Dira?"
"Ah, I just wanted to ask. Why hasn't Karina come to work yet?"
Hearing the question, Dinda finally looked at Dira. Immediately, Dinda's hands stopped typing on the keyboard. The woman then leaned back on the chair with her arms crossed.
"Actually, Karina is having a bit of a problem. About the relationship and her love story. I last saw Karina on a Sunday. She has to make a definite decision for her boyfriend. But she didn't tell me if she would do this. So I don't know why she didn't come to work until now. Maybe she's taking care of something." Dinda said a little long.
Dinda doesn't know why Karina was so desperate not to come to work today.
But actually Dinda was guessing something. That is about Karina's condition which could be a little stressful.
Even though Dinda knew that Karina would break up with her boyfriend because she liked Ardian, but of course she didn't have the heart to explain things like that to Nadira.
Dinda knew that Ardian had just been close to Dira. Dinda can't possibly burden their relationship with Karina's problems.
"Ah, it seems like that. Sorry Dinda, it seems I asked the wrong question." Dira said.
"Haha it's okay. Karina may still need a little time to get back to work again. I'm sure she has also spoken to Miss Diani and asked for leave. Because Karina can't be careless." Dinda said.
Then she nodded in understanding. And the girl immediately returned to her desk again.
Even though she already knew a little about Karina's problem, Dira still didn't feel relieved. For some reason she was very curious about Karina.
She tried to get rid of some of the thoughts that were bothering her. The girl had to finish her task today. There were already a lot of documents piled up on his desk. And the documents must be sent to Mr. Brahma's room for approval.
Then Dira chose to take care of the documents first. He had to take her to Brahma's room.
Dira carried all the documents in both hands. She immediately left the general division room.
Dira's two long legs who use flat shoes tread the floor with ease. She walked not too fast towards Brahma's room.
Brahma's room is right next to the reception area. So when Nadira stood in front of Brahma's room, she could see a little towards the office lobby and the office entrance.
Dira entered Brahma's room after knocking on the door three times but there was no answer from inside the room. It turned out that Brahma was not there. Maybe the man is on a business trip or is meeting a colleague out there.
Dira put all the documents on Brahma's desk. Very neatly arranged all the documents so as not to look messy.
After that, Dira immediately left Brahma's room. The girl closed the door slowly. Then Dira wanted to stop by the front desk for a moment to greet Lisa. But Dira did not do that.
The girl was pensive in front of Brahma's room and stunned to look at the office lobby.
Dira was not dreaming or hallucinating, she saw Karina there. Karina is always neat in a light brown women's suit. She was sure she had seen it right.
Dira could see very clearly that Karina seemed to be fighting with a man in front of her. Karina seemed to argue and slapped the man's left cheek.
Of course Dira was surprised to see this. Especially when she saw the man about to return Karina's slap. Dira was about to go there but at that moment her legs still didn't move.
It turns out that someone saved Karina first. Ardian just came and held the man's right hand that was about to slap Karina.
Dira saw all of this very clearly. The girl was stunned when she found out that Ardian was there and the man was standing in front of Karina.
It was as if Ardian was protecting Karina.
The man who had a fight with Karina ended up just leaving using his car. Meanwhile, Karina who was still crying was immediately hugged by Ardian.
Not only that, but Ardian also got into the same taxi as Karina.
Nadira saw all that happened. Why was there such a fight in front of the office lobby? Shouldn't that be rebuked? Ah, forget about that. She was still silent where she was standing. And she was still stunned why did Ardian have to go with Karina? Isn't it still working hours?
Unbeknownst to Dira, it turned out that Dinda had been standing behind the girl since five minutes ago. Dinda also witnessed all the events in front of the office lobby clearly.
But Dinda kept quiet and returned to the general division room.
