Idea
- MC reincarnated in MHA with Heavenly Restrictions like Toji or awakened Maki
(Could also be just an MC who is not Reincarnated but just has all that grit and stuff)
- Heavenly Restrictions won't be perceived as a Quirk, so MC will just be seen with a great body.
- MC won't have any Quirk, won't accept One for All
- MC only has the Heavenly Restriction and nothing more if you chose the reincarnation route
- Goal is to make everyone care about the quirkless since it's never really been touched deep. MC will of course be the one to do that Goal.
- Change the plot, of course (don't stick too much with the Canon)
- Could be applied, doesn't really matter, it'll depend how you want the story to go. Build a group or heroes that consists of the discriminated and quirkless.
