Location: Finse archipelago, strategy room, Minterl's 1st army's headquarters.
Harvey threw documents onto the table as said, "With 3 high ranking officials KIA they still want us to go on the offensive." Celestia spoke up, "Well we can't let them down now can we?" Harvey responded reluctantly while shaking his heading an exasperated tone, "Yes, we can. I mean what the fuck else can we do? We're in a stalemate and it's not leaning in our favor! Sooner or later they are going to overwhelm us, I'm requesting reinforcements if they want us to go on the offensive." "I doubt they'll send them, and even if they do the greedy pricks won't send much." William yelled as he entered the room. "You were supposed to be here 30 minutes ago." Harvey stared at him, with a peeved expression. "Ok ok I get it, I was late!" "Because of Celestia I bet…" Harvey responded with a slight smirk on his face. "Now you can go fuck right off." William said slightly embarrassed. "Even if he is annoying you can't speak to him that way, he is a superior officer after all. Even if he is annoying." Celestia bat down his statement although slightly agreeing.
"Listen to her William or I'll have you doing 50 more laps around the base." Harvey laughed. "Wait, 50 more?" With a questioning look William said that sentence before receiving a dreadful answer, "Yeah, you have to do 50 already for your comment telling me to fuck off."
"I hate you."
"And that's 20 more!"
Some time later on the frontlines near the forest, Derm:
"Sooo… what're we doing right now?" Celestia asked trying to seem, innocent? "Well we're waiting for the enemy's to arrive, General." A Colonel stated, he was a promising candidate for the position of Brigadier General.
"Hmmm, how many soldiers do we have?" This was a needed question as the General hadn't been informed of this yet due to… certain factors. "We have approximately 10,000." The Colonel responded enthusiastically, he was a little to ecstatic with his job.
"Hmmm, I want 3000 on each side of this forest, position the extra 4000 at the end of the forest, thank god we had a mole find out they were using the forest as a passage way." Celestia said, revealing they had gotten the information from a mole. "General? I would like to inquire into why more soldiers are at the end of the forest." The Colonel asked, with no hint of ill will behind it. "Well we will have the 3000 soldiers on each side close in on the forces to keep them contained and the slowly inch behind them, while this is happening we will have the 4000 soldiers up front close in and slowly make their way towards the back, this is due to the fact that most of their stronger soldiers are up front." Celestia gave an over the top explanation to him, but he seemed hungry for more information. "That is all I can give you, now Colonel please leave, I have things to do." "Understood, General." The Colonel said while existing the room.
2 hours later, edge of the forest:
"Alright! Using wide scale communication magic I can contact all soldiers here! Here are your orders, when I give the command I want both groups on the sides of the forest to close in and then when I shoot a flare on the air the last group will also commence in closing in. Dismissed." The General said. "God damned human supremacists, we just wanted a nation where all species could live in peace…"
1 hour later, edge of the forest:
"Commence encirclement, group of 15,000 is present, we have the jump so their superiority in numbers is nulled a bit." The General informed her soldiers and the battle commenced.
"FUCK, MEDIC I NEED A FUCKING MEDIC!" A soldier yelled like the countless others on the field, this was war, wounded are left for dead until the battle ends, and only the winning sides wounded survive. "I'm here! I'm coming! It's alright, god damn this is bad" The medic thought to himself, then thought, 'What if I use the placebo effect, I have no pain killers so maybe I can trick them, damn it all.' "Here take this shot it'll help ease the pain a little at least." In reality the medic was merely giving him water.
He then put gauze on the patients wound and wrapped it with bandages. This was once again, the most he could do out here. "Thank you." The soldier said, he would most likely not make it. "TANK, THEY HAVE A FUCKING TANK!" "GET DOWN!" Right as the tank bashed through a tree it was hit by a mortar shell and then a magic circle was activated and a giant lighting bolt came out obliterating another tank that was coming though the tree line. This was a world of both magic and scientific advancement, so war was both magic and machinery clashing against one another seeing who would come out on top.
"Hmmm, they have about 500 tanks and 10000 soldiers remaining, meanwhile we have 7000 soldiers remaining and 2000 of them are mages, they have no mages so that's a good start but those tanks are an issue." Celestia said, she was scared because of the way the battle was going, which was slightly in their favor, but she wanted it to be all the way in their favor. "General, may I speak?" Major General Karloff asked. "Yes, do you have an idea of how to Steve our current predicament which is these tanks." Celestia responded. "Yes, I do." The Major General quickly answered.
