Samaira looked at Sana and Sara, she sighed and said "This is going to be gruesome." When Sara and Sana heard what Samaira had said they looked at her and said "We didn't expect anything less than that."
Sara said "Exactly! This a step necessary for him to be safe."
After Sana and Sara saw that Samaira was the one who understood the situation more than both of them combined they followed her lead and did whatever she told them to. Samaira looked at Sana and said, "Sana go and get a big cloth from Ranveer's bag and the zip tie as well, and Sara there is a bag in the car which is filled with syringes you get that as well." Sana and Sara ran and went to the car. Sana removed the zip tie from Ranveer's bag and removed the biggest cloth present in it. Sara checked all of the bags quickly after about searching three to four bags she finally found the bag filled with a lot of syringes and quickly got them to the truck.
