When Ranveer heard Sara's reply he thought "It's kind of surprising that she accepted my apology so soon but I guess it's better this way because I wouldn't have apologized again if she started to act like a brat." Ranveer looked at Sara and said, "Thank you for accepting my apology."
When Ranveer said those words he started to feel a sudden surge of pain that ran through his body. Ranveer got down on his knees.
When Sana, Sara and Samaira saw Ranveer dropping to his knees all of a sudden, they ran towards him. When they reached near Ranveer, they looked at him with worry. Samaira looked at Ranveer and asked "What's wrong Ranveer?! Are you alright?!" Sana took Ranveer's right arm and tried to make him stand. As she was doing that, she felt as if Ranveer's temperature was rising. She looked at Sara and Samaira and said "Ranveer...is burning up!"
