I know how much my body can withstand and even if it breaks completely it doesn't mean I'm dead, one of the things I learned in Hell was how to take my Vitality under my control and use it with maximum effectiveness.
I can always heal my body or even rebuild it completely by singing that there's something left to regenerate from there, but the Soul is different, the weight of this technique will fall on my entire existence, not just my body.
