It was midday in the capital of the empire, people were going about their daily routine when they suddenly heard that announcement.
People did not understand what that meant.
On one of the roofs of a building, there was a man sleeping under the shade.

In a dining hall were some adventurers listening to the message that kept repeating endlessly without stopping.
