Steve felt like a child as his mother scolded him for not using a condom when he had sex with Chloe.
"How could you have been so careless?" His mother asked him. "Apart from her getting pregnant, aren't you scared of contracting a disease?"
"Adeola, I don't think now is the time for that, the deed has already been done, I think we have to find a way to salvage the situation," Steve's father said to his wife who was still fuming with anger.
"Where is this woman now? I mean the woman that is pregnant for you, where is she?" His father said to him.
"She is at her place, she lives in Lekki," Steve responded.
"Okay, we would have to see her and work out a child support system for the baby and herself. But have you confirmed that the pregnancy is truly yours?" His father asked.
"Good question, because every day we keep hearing stories of how these Lagos girls try to pin someone else's pregnancy on another man," his mother said.
