Joan wanted to go and open the door for Deji, but Victoria insisted on being the one to do it.
"Mmm, me too, I will love too," Joan said, laughing as Victoria stood up to go and open the door for Deji.
"Just shut up," Victoria said, smiling.
When Victoria opened the door, she was greeted with Deji's smile and the sweet fragrance of his perfume. He looked even cuter than he was in the morning, as he had ditched the clothes he was putting on earlier. He now had a fresh pair of blue jeans and a black polo with white sneakers.
"Hey you," Victoria said, returning his smile.
"Hi, good evening; I thought to come to see how you were doing," Deji said.
"Aww, thanks. Please come in."
"Is your mom still around?" Deji asked Victoria as he stepped inside.
"No, she is not; she left not too long ago. Joan is around, though," Victoria said.
