Steve walked into Joan's bedroom and found her standing in front of her wardrobe crying.
"Babe what is the matter?" Steve asked her.
Joan blew her nose with a handkerchief, "it's my dad, he....." She started crying again and Steve held her by her shoulders, he led her to sit down on her bed.
When Joan stopped crying, she told Steve everything that happened at her parents house, how her father was already planning his burial and everything that he wanted them to do when he died.
"I am packing a few things, I want to go and stay with them. I want to spend my father's last days with him," Joan said.
"It's okay, that's a good idea," Steve said. "Please stop crying, your dad wouldn't want to see you sad, these last days that he has left, don't spend it crying, instead, use it to enjoy the time you have left with him."
