Writing a movie scripts and acting in it wasn't an easy task for a guy working alone. I had finally become the celebrity I had longed for in life. Social media was puking comments and subscriptions about the new movie going by the name TEMPESTUOUS BRUTALITY. In less than a week the movie had spread globally and was gaining likes every minute. That was jus...." I was interjected.
"The name for that movie is too exaggerated. Who would bother Searching for a movie whose name takes him back to the dictionary." My big sister interrupted me while I was still going on with my creativity.
"When you are done imagining, come downstairs for dinner."She added as she took her eloquent steps out of my room.
"What about you bra? Wanna keep listening to my story?" I asked turning to my brother.
"well bra dreams are valid," he tapped me on my shoulder and left.
That pained alot. No one believed in my dreams. They all saw me like a joker. Well it was my fault. I brought it to myself,so I had to bear with that conset.
I was a failure being the first one in the tallman's family to fail an examination. My father was well known worldwide, he was the United States presidents right hand man. The president entrusted him with all different kinds of dangerous gadgets that could destroy the Earth. My mother on the other hand was a lawyer she dealt with the most crucial cases dealing with the most wanted criminals hence making her popular in her own way. One could think that coming from such a family with prominent parents could bring up children with prosperous futures. Well my two siblings head past the examinations well. When it came to me the last born of the family I didn't focus so much on my studies because I knew my parents had money. I wasted my time in clubs and drugs hanging out with friends who didn't care about my future. They were just after my money. I dragged myself to my bed and lay down facing up. I started recalling my past and regret the decisions I had made back then. Some liquid started falling from my right eye slowly down my cheek to my ear. " I can't breathe, I can't breathe, I'm waiting for the exhale... " I could hear that song play in my mind over and over again. That song Always calm me down when I was in bad moods. I felt the vibration near my lap oh my phone was ringing. I took it reluctantly and answered
" hey man... I should come down right now... ok I'm on my way."
I got out of bed and went to my Closet. I took out my denim jacket and a matching cape and took large strides towards the staircase. I could see the rest of the family having their meal. They seemed as if they didn't miss anything. I felt like an outcast. Took my steps slowly not to disturb them and left through the hallway to the yard. I open the gate to meet eye-to-eye with the black Audi shining in the street lights. The guy with the hands on the wheel that was Mason the guy who had called me earlier on. That guy was a maniac when it came to driving. He drove a car see if he was being chased by the police. He's also the daredevil. He could do anything as long as there is a fat reward at the end of it all. Next to him lying on the dashboard it's Kim. My longtime childhood friend. He's like my brother he's the only one who has ever understood me.
" Hey man what's up ? " Mason asked in His Eyes shining like that of a wolf in the dark.
" I'm just good where we heading up to? " I answered in a bright mood.
" Just getting and you'll know. " He answered brightly shining his vampire like teeth. I opened the back door and before I had even raised my second foot into the car he had already sped off. He took a right turn and we were heading for 31st Street. The road was clear that night. So he drove that car as if it was his last time doing it. He took a left turn into a park and was racing forward for a ramp.
" What are you doing man! " Kim shrieked in fear. My heart was pounding with fear not knowing what to do nor what to say. I felt weak and couldn't do a thing. the more Kim pressed Mason to stop the more Mason stepped on the gas. The car was on the ramp Mason was changing gears and soon we were in the air. There was another ramp at the end of a line of 10 cars.
" we are gonna make it. " Mason said confidently.
" we ain't gonna make it!!! " I shrieked in fear.
And true to the fact we weren't going to make it. The car fail on top of the pile of other cars that were aligned. My head was bleeding and so was Kim. Mason got out laughing like a villain as if he had planned it all.
" sorry guys but sometimes you just got to do the impossible to be special. " he added as he went on laughing.
We got out of the mangled wreck and got onto the basketball court. We decided to head back home on foot. We had taken less than 2 steps then a group of gangsters appeared from a hideout.
" yo man, why are you messing up with our stuff. " One of them said as he took steps towards Kim with the large bat in his hand.
" let's give it to them. " another one added.
