Luckily there were no serious injuries to July or Alex. There are only a few scratches on the elbows due to the torn sleeves grazing the asphalt.
"Let me help." Alex led July to a long chair on the side of the road. the people who witnessed the incident slowly started to loosen up and leave.
"Thank you," said July again.
Indeed, no one was sick, just felt shock that made the heart beat so fast that it made the body feel limp and vibrate.
"Are you really okay?" asked Alex with a worried look on his face.
July shook her head. "No. I'm fine. Just a little scratch."
"Where are you going? Let me deliver," Alex offered.
"No need," said July. "I took a taxi s—, you know, where's the taxi?" July looked around when the taxi car that had originally pulled up across the road was out of sight.
"Just let me deliver you. Don't worry, I'm just helping you."
