Caleb was getting ready to go to the hotel where Katy was staying. But the front doorbell rang. Caleb was wearing a gray Balenciaga suit with a navy blue shirt without a tie and looked more casual. He planned to meet Katy to demand an explanation of what had happened the night before at the restaurant.
But the doorbell made Caleb keep the car keys and go to the door instead.
"Who the hell is that?" mumbled Caleb staggered over to the door and shortly opened it.
Caleb's mood instantly changed to flat as soon as he saw who rang the bell. He snorted in annoyance and was sarcastic.
Jared Wright stood in the doorway expressionlessly while tucking his hands in the pants pockets. Caleb didn't open the door wide. He still gave a fierce expression and resentment.
"What do you want, Wright?" Caleb curtly interrogated while glancing at him with contempt.
