Mars sent Rose as a representative for King Enterprise to a technical and financial meeting at the association tender in Florida. Several meetings were being held after the welcoming party. They were also part of steps until bidding could have the same opportunity to be the winner.
As a technical manager, Rose must present King Enterprise's capability and leverage to handle mega projects. She has to convince the association to considered King Enterprise as one of the potential partners to manage and build the construction for the largest project in the US.
