Katy walked into her room alone gloomily. She closed the door, and it locked automatically. She didn't say a word to Jared as they both went up to each room where they were staying.
Katy strolled to the couch near her bedroom window and sat down without taking off her dress. At first, she just leaned back to sit, but as soon as she turned around on the big glass wall, she rested her chin on the back of the chair while looking at the night view of the shore from her hotel.
Tonight, Katy met Caleb again after almost two years apart. The last time they met, things didn't end well. Even now, things were getting much worse. She closed her eyes, and her tears fell slowly. Katy never cried so much for a man, even for her first love, Justin.
Katy was so hurt by the way Caleb got back at her. But perhaps, it was the risk she should take for getting away Caleb by rejecting him.
