Four months later.....
Ethan Carter became colder and more distant as an aftermath of Bella's disappearance. Alex noticed that he had also distanced himself from his daughter as well as him. Alex in return took Leah to Ethan's parents because he believed that he wasn't in his right state of mind to take care of her, and he gave them a valid excuse of course. He sat facing him and suggested," Let's go to the bar and spend sometime." "No," he said before he released a large puff of smoke from his lips and his hands fetched for another cigarette since the previous one was wasted. Lighting it again, he resumed smoking. Alex shook his head in puzzlement before saying," Ethan none of the things you do will bring her back. You have to move on." He sent him a glare and asked," Who said I want her back?" "Will you report back to work then? I'm handling two huge damn companies, Ethan," complained Alex. He was handling Carter Enterprises as well as Carter corporations since he neglected his duties. He was a married man and he was looking for Bella at the same time. It was so suffocating for him. "Leave it," he simply said.
On one Sunday, Alex was at his house taking a rest when he received a call from one of his most reliable men. "Sir, I think I found her. I'm going to send the pictures and the information on your email," he said before disconnecting the call. Alex was glad that finally there were some good news.
On checking the message, he opened the first picture and he released a sigh of relief after seeing that she was really the one. He couldn't believe that she was indeed in Wingston yet they failed to find her. As he scrolled down reading through, his eyes widened at the information he read.

Back to Blue City, Luna was in her office getting some work done. She had come to common terms with her heart that Bella was angry at her and she was left to only pray that she's fine wherever she may be. Graham had exhausted all his resources but failed to find her.
As she was still working, she received a call from her receptionist," Good afternoon ma'am, someone called Alex wants to see you. Should I let him in?" Alex? Was he the one she knew? "Yes, let him in thank you."
A few moments later, her secretary opened the door and in came Alex. He was really the one. "Alex !!! What a surprise?" she looked at him surprisingly. " Indeed. How are you Luna Peyton? Or should I call you Luna Cullen?" he asked and she blushed. "When did you come to Blue City?" she asked once again. "Just this morning and I've just landed right now. I'm glad I didn't find you busy. How is life in Blue City? You look... great I can tell Graham Cullen is taking good care of you," he said and she smiled. "Thank you. You need anything? Oh yes I will give you some of the best coffee flavors we make here," she said before standing up and walked towards the coffee brewing machine in the corner and from it she brewed two cups before coming back and handed one to him.
"Thank you," he said before taking a sip. "How is it?" she asked him and he replied," It's perfect. You make the coffee here?" "Yes, it's the new we have on market. So, how's everything in Sun City?" she asked after sitting down. "Terrible I can't lie but that's not why I came here. I found Bella." Luna immediately placed the cup back on the table. "Are you sure? Is she fine? Where's she? Let's go," she said in one go. "She's fine but she changed her identity and that's why we couldn't locate her all this time and... she's getting married."
The last sentence shocked Luna and she immediately stood up," What?!!! That's impossible." "It is the fact. The information I got is that she is engaged to the CEO of the company she's working for and soon they are getting married." She couldn't believe it. Bella loved Ethan so very much. "Why is she getting married?" she whispered. "I don't know either. Perhaps she wants to move on."
"We need to go and stop her. Does he know about this?" she meant Ethan. "I haven't told him anything yet. I came to talk to you about them because they are our friends. Luna, you need to put your differences aside with Ethan if you want Bella to come back. I think it will be more persuasive if you two go there together. We both know how Bella and Ethan love each other so we need to stop that wedding," he told her. Luna thought for a moment before saying," I will think about it Alex." "Okay then. Whenever you're ready, I will be waiting for you in Sun City," he said before standing up to leave.
She remained thinking about many things. Bella was getting married? Couldn't she go alone to stop her? She didn't want to go with Ethan.
