Chapter 113 - Chapter 113 Tossing the bouquet

A week later, it was finally Abigail's wedding. Abigail and Luna were in the spa having a body massage therapy but the latter's thoughts were far away. She was remembering the conversation she heard with Bella yesterday night. Bella had told her that Ethan seemed to be stressed about something nowadays. She also said that she has heard him on phone speaking with a man called Freddie three times who seems to always be threatening him about something.

Luna thought that Ethan had to be careful because Bella was a very curious person. She wondered if she should call and warn him but no, she shouldn't. He brought these problems upon himself.

"Hey, what are you thinking about?" asked Abigail. "Nothing. Was just remembering something that my friend told me," she said.

"Your friend Bella?" "Yes". "I would like to meet her. Graham spoke about how kind and generous she is." "Indeed she is and I'm sure that you will like her." After, the two headed towards the Cullen mansion.

On reaching, they went to Abigail's room and found that the hair stylist and make-up artist had already arrived. Without wasting time, the two sat down and they started working on them because they didn't have much time.

Later, Rebecca Cullen and Ciara entered the room and Luna became uncomfortable. The two women didn't like her at all. Luckily, Rebecca decided to go to the church and check if everything was fine leaving Ciara behind. A long while later, they got a call from Vikram telling them to hurry up because the groom had reached the church. After Luna, Ciara sat down and said," I want to look the prettiest after the bride." Abigail and Luna rolled their eyes after listening to her words. She's so dramatic.

After an hour, the bride was done with everything then stood in front of the dressing mirror watching her reflection. She looked so beautiful. Luna came to her and said," You look so pretty. Jake is going to drool when he looks at you." She grinned and said," You look pretty too. The dress complimented you really well." "Thank you." Ciara then said," I think it would have been perfect if I was your bridesmaid because we both are famous, don't you think?" Abigail decided to ignore her because she had no time for her tantrums. "Luna, when I toss the bouquet, I want you to catch it. I want to see your wedding after mine," she said. She hadn't thought about it and said," I don't believe in those things." "You should because I attended a friend's wedding five months back and I caught it. And here is my wedding." "Okay, I will try to catch it," she said. Ciara who had been listening to their conversation took a mental note of catching the bouquet instead.

After an hour, they reached the church and found the place flooded with reporters since Abigail is a socialite. Raphael and Rebecca Cullen were standing outside waiting for them and as soon as the car parked, they came to them and Rebecca said," You're an hour late. How will people perceive this?" "You look so beautiful Abigail," Raphael praised her instead.

"Thank you Dad," she said and then reporters came firing different questions at them especially Abigail and her parents. They answered a few of them and excused themselves to go inside the church. On reaching the doorway, Rebecca and Ciara entered leaving the three behind.

When Abigail said that she was ready, Raphael hooked his hand with hers and they slowly entered the church with Luna following behind them. When they reached, he handed her to Jake but after telling him to take care of her. Luna went to stand besides Graham and as soon as she reached him, he bent down and whispered," You look beautiful." She blushed and looked everywhere but him which made him chuckle. All this time, Ciara was glaring at them. She had been advised by a certain friend of hers that all Graham needed was space. She was also told that with time, he will get tired of Luna and she seriously took the advice.

The wedding proceeded and after the vows, the groom was told to kiss the bride. It was finally time most unmarried girls had been waiting for. The bride steadied herself to toss the bouquet but not before her eyes searching for Luna so that she knew which direction she should toss it to. Seeing this, Ciara who was standing next to Luna prepared herself to catch it. Turning around, they made a count of five and when she tossed it, the girls were ready to claim it but Ciara was fast to catch it and she grinned in satisfaction. She looked at Luna and winked indicating that it was her wedding with Graham coming next. The rest of the girls groaned in frustration for having missed the opportunity of catching the bouquet with Chloe inclusive.

After everything got done, they all headed to the reception to enjoy the rest of the day.
