Until one of those fine thin threads of energy swept past a ring on Nero's finger and it started to hum. As it hummed, it formed what looked like a vortex of energy that suddenly opened up and started to swallow every bit of energy that leaked from him!

Nero immediately felt this change in energy and woke up. His eyes flashed as it pierced through the dark and fell on the ring on his finger. This was the ring he had found in the Beast King's lair back at the Western Earth Kingdom. Up until this moment, Nero had tried countless times to sink his mind into the ring but something blocked him out. In the past, Nero had activated this ring after refining it with the StarFall Refinement.
