The Beast King didn't hide the Life restoring plume fruit among the other treasures that were laid up in that underground cave. Instead, he hid it in its fur! Nero saw the roots of the fruit gradually curling around the strands of hair on the Beast King. In that split second, Nero reached out his hand and took a hold of the fruit. However, the Beast King reacted as well. With a great force, it shook its body, causing Nero to lose balance. Nero slipped and plunged down the body of the Beast King, heavily impacting the ground creating cracks that spread out like spider webs.
The Beast King maniacally roared and tossed itself around. Also at this point, the martial artists that were in search of the Beast King were already very close, that one could hear them moving through the thick bushes and trees.
