Chapter 104 - No Room To Negotiate

Makenna heard this voice resound in his ear and jerked. He slowly turned his head to look in the direction the voice came from, and what he saw left him lost for words. Although the Palace was lit up, Nero's eyes still glistened brightly. With a bloody pole grasped in his hand, he took slow steps forward. Some blood also splashed on his face and clothes making it look like he just walked out from a bloody battle; except it wasn't much of a battle but more of a slaughter. As Nero drew closer, his aura expanded, drowning the entire Palace in an ice-cold killing intent. And although this killing intent covered the Palace, it was solely aimed at Makenna.
