Because Nero was now a wanted fugitive, the security of the ruling powers became airtight, especially at the Gandor Kingdom. On this night, a young man covered in a black hooded cloak approached the gates of the State Master's City. About a dozen guards were guarding the gates, and they carefully scrutinized everyone that wanted to get through the gates. As this young man approached the gates, one of the guards noticed him and shouted from where he was.
"Who goes there!?"
But there was no response from this man; instead, he continued to walk like he didn't hear them in the first place. The guards became agitated by this. It was already dark and by the rules, no one was to be permitted into the city by this time. Of course, they could still let you in but that was after some added expenses. This person, however, seemed unusual, plus the black cloak made it more suspicious. A dozen guards picked up their weapons, and the one that spoke before spoke again.
