The weapons she talk about was the ninja suit hidden weapons such as kunais and shurikens. Those weapons was one of the ninja suit abilities that could conjured them within a certain amount. And you don't have to worry about losing them in battle as well. This because the amount of kunais and shurikens will reset itself in given time. And what's more, its usage is not relying on the wearer's mana.
