"If only ten monsters drowned every day, it would take us five days to put an end to all of this," said Nil in a severe tone.
Kim brought his face closer, then kissed Nil on the lips briefly. Nil's initially tense face now looked calmer. "That's not a problem, Nile. We can find a strategy so that more monsters we manage to sink into the river."
"Gosh, I saw another couple," complained Lily, who was constantly surprised by the sight of romance. She had distanced herself from Alen and Ren, who had done the same thing the night before with Kim and Nile.
Hit chuckled beside him. "Are you jealous because you don't have a partner?"
"What? What for? Besides, I don't need a partner," Lily answered frantically. Questions from Hit always made her nervous. She had never thought about having a partner before. So far, her goal in life is only to protect the world from monsters.
