Nil reached out, then took the book from Kim's hand. "My hands are getting slippery with sweat," Nil said with a chuckle.
"Nil, why didn't you tell them?" asked Kim sadly.
"Kim, it's not what you think," said Nil trying not to be angry with Kim at his decision. His facial expression became tense.
"What am I thinking?" Kim asked, making Nil nervous.
"I'm selfish for choosing to use methods that are more dangerous for Ren than you," said Nil with a worried look. But instead, Kim touched his cheek with a smile.
"I know you love me, Nil. So keep quiet as if you don't know it," Kim said, gently kissing Nil. Then, she looked deeply into Nil's eyes. "Thank you for protecting me."
Nil was silent because he didn't expect to get such a reaction. He also prevented Kim from flying. He pulled Kim into his arms. "I thought you'd be mad."
