Ren enjoyed the food the waiter had served in a simple restaurant with a small table, and they had to sit on the floor. She didn't mind it. After all, his uncle's house didn't have a table or chairs back then. So she was used to eating on the floor.
"Are you okay eating at this place?" asked Fred guiltily. He realized that not many people want to eat while sitting on the floor for unhygienic reasons. That was what he knew about the citizens of Aves Village. Therefore, this place to eat is not so crowded.
"No problem. This reminds me of the past. My uncle and I used to eat on the floor before his house was as good as it is now," Ren said, then ate the food in front of him.
"I'm grateful. I was confused about other places to eat. But, I only know this place," said Fred after heaving a sigh of relief. He ate his food while smiling faintly at Ren.
