"Yes, but he presently rejected me because my body was too tall," said Tobi, snorting in annoyance. He leaned his head back on the sofa until he looked up at the ceiling. After that, no one spoke again. They were busy with their food and drink.
Moments later, they heard the sound of a doorknob. They looked at the door at the same time. Ren entered and stopped in the doorway after seeing Alen, closest to him. The woman turned around without saying anything.
"I have to go now," said Alen as he stood up. He went straight past Ren just like that. He closed the door as he walked out. Ren now only saw the door in front of him.
"Why?" asked Tobi, wide-eyed.
"Ren, what has happened between the two of you?" Kim asked hesitantly.
Ren sighed as he looked down. "We've broken up."
Kim and Tobi immediately lifted their heads from the backrest. Nil looked at Ren with his mouth half-open. They were speechless after hearing Ren's statement.
