Arlesk had finally returned to the Preeliance castle, he took his time to give himself rest after preparing his report on what he had seen during his trip to Bovoyna. When he woke up in the morning, Serkyrio had summoned them to his balcony, to which the meeting was held within the four of them without anybody interrupting.
After talking about the agenda of Serkyrio where he twisted fate for Draxus, Arlesk brought in some questions. "Serkyrio, can you control fate? Like, the fate of this entire world?" This led to Draxus and Remuel moving their gaze towards Serkyrio, as they realized what Serkyrio might be able to do. After a moment of silence, Serkyrio confesses. "Yes, I've already been aware that I have power, and not only that, I have been aware of my true position. With Draxus being the Prime Existence, and us three being the key factors to maintaining the many worlds or universes, that's what we see ourselves right?" "Yeah... I've been thinking why we have similar, if not, even more power than the Prime Existence itself." Remuel pondered as he had some realizations about his power. "Simple, we're proxy puppet gods of the [Principles]." "Principles...?" "Yes, I'm sure you've seen one Arlesk, specially my [Principle]." Arlesk widened his eyes in realization. As he remembered one of his visions showing about him looking for Serkyrio who was the [God of Administrator].
Arlesk pondered deeply as he wanted to identify the being who Serkyrio had mentioned, but after thinking more about the visions he had, he remembered the second one. "In one of my visions, I was told by something that I was outside the [Testing range], I wondered about that and it felt like I was in an area similar to the [Infinite Space]." "I have been wondering, since Arlesk has those visions, I might as well tell them what I remember whenever I search out my memories." Remuel spoke out as he felt like something was bothering him. "We don't have much clarity about the ones that control us but, when talking to the one that controls me, it feels like myself still? It's hard to describe but like, servants being similar to their master?" "I see what you mean... But with that it's clear why we are capable of handling Draxus normally. However, the God of Dominion is still something we might have in trouble since he is now both God and Prime. But anyways, moving on..." Serkyrio ensured that the conversation could continue now that they managed to identify the truth about themselves. "Draxus, unfortunately, we have yet to find the last one. I don't know why but we're still unable to track, the only possibility is that she may be in a different dimension." "That's reasonable..." Draxus smiled wryly to Serkyrio's words, being glad enough to have followed the agenda. "There are still a few realms that exist, save for the many that were erased by the third apostle." "Speaking of the third apostle, Serkyrio..." Arlesk interjected a bit when the conversation shifted towards the third apostle. "From our search down in the depths of Bovoyna, we have found what looks like a base. From there we found a letter that may have been disturbing..." With Arlesk's report, the three focused on him as if to ascertain and wait for him to explain.
"This is related to the heroes as well since, the heroes were practically pawns of the Council." "I see... Then that explains the connection Ulysses had." "But then... It seems like they're not exactly pawns but, something they could use. They didn't have practical control over Ulysses or the heroes, it's like they can control the spirits and cards." "Spirits and Cards? That makes sense... Considering that the Heroes mostly have their power from their cards, it's like, they're reliant to it." Arlesk began explaining while Serkyrio and Draxus expressed their opinions on the fly. "So if the council makes that decision, they could just control the heroes now? But the thing is, why didn't they when we got invaded?" Remuel realized the possibilities and voiced out what he noticed, but Serkyrio shut him down quickly. "It may be a matter of when they have control Remuel, but anyways, how do we deal with these heroes now?"
The four continued to discuss about the things that they've noticed for a while, until they reached a reasonable point to adjourn the meeting.
During lunch, they went on their separate places, as Draxus eats in the Hall of Sentinels, Remuel in the Dimensional Laboratory, Serkyrio in his office, and Arlesk in the Hall of Guardians.
"What am I supposed to do with this information..." Arlesk pondered alone for a while on what to do with the heroes. After a moment of deliberation, one person sat next to him. "Troubled about something?" The person who greeted him, was a beautiful lady that he was already all to familiar with. "Helena...? Ahaha, during my travel, I ended up having to fight against really troublesome opponents. Not only that but I learned some very disturbing things." Helena, who was recently engaged to him after his quick trip to Luventrion. She is the princess of Luventrion who guided him around, and after guiding her in the castle of Preeliance, they were setup by Remuel.
Helena nodded the more Arlesk explained, listening to him intently as she discovers more and more about her fiancé. After some time explaining, she finally offered an opinion. "I think, you can try to add them to your order... Since, they intend to give away their cards and spirits, specially that they do not wish to be controlled by the enemy when the time comes." "And then they'll have to start from scratch huh...?" As Arlesk showed his reaction to the opinion, Helena shook her head a bit. "I don't think so, they could still become powerful even without the hero cards, just like how you always trained." "Heh, I guess that makes sense, how will they abandon the cards though? Leave it in an open area?" "I've heard from the hero in my country that the spirit is attached well to the human that it possessed. So I believe you may need someone to properly remove it without harming the human soul that inhabits their body." "I see... I get it now... They're likely about to contact the council for the removal of their heroic souls... But I believe it will take a while for the enemy to appear. Thanks Helena..." Arlesk smiled as he had his epiphany. Now knowing what to do in the future with the heroes, he stood up and started walking towards the Dimensional Laboratory.
Helena remained at the seat, as she simply smiled and closed her eyes while cheering her fiancé on. "Good luck Arlesk..."
