In the current faceoff, Audrey took notice that Draxus's power is mostly coming from the sword that he's using. However, even though she could take advantage of that, she found it hard to even attempt something through it. It was then Draxus started charging up something in his hand. "!!!" Audrey immediately created one hundred layers of barriers before Draxus could unleash a powerful strike. "[Nova]." In that instant, twenty-five of the one hundred barriers were instantly shattered without effort. The barrier that keeps the audience safe was damaged, but was instantly repaired by Serkyrio. "W-Wha...?" Audrey was shocked, she knew that there won't be anything that could survive a [Nova] regardless of their power. "Twenty-five were broken..." Audrey was confident on her barriers, they were all infused with divinity and celestial energy, which meant they can resist even Unknown's attacks whom she fought before.
"So this is how it felt fighting this person..." Audrey remembered that Keith and Wesley fought against the [Stardust Destroyer] when it rampaged. She thought that it would've been easier if she was there. But considering what kind of display was shown now, she now understood that Wesley and Keith were seriously risking their lives. "Done processing your thoughts? Don't forget, this form is a [Destroyer], no matter how much defenses you set up..." Draxus dashed towards Audrey at an impossible speed, attempting to slice her. She blocked the strike with her shield, but then, it started to crack and shatter. "They will be shattered." Draxus moved his body to strike Audrey repeatedly. She barely managed to block everything while attempting counterattacks. With just a look, Draxus destroyed the concept built into her magic attacks. But considering that he can't twist his head everywhere, Draxus was also placed in danger of the high-risk attacks. It was a stalemate, until Audrey saw Draxus move his hand open to her. "[Micronova]." In that split second, Audrey was only able to create ten barriers in time. All of them were shattered, and she sustained considerable damage. "I didn't really think you would have difficulty against this, but as expected." Draxus spoke once more to reaffirm her determination, he wanted to test if she really learned something massive in her vacation. Much to his expectations, Audrey smiled as she prepared something to battle through as she prepared one thing. "[Gates of Dystopia]!" Multiple gates opened which brought out elemental spirits. It was a concept magic that Audrey had created in her time in the Fae Realm, and wanted to use it as a final resort against Draxus. "Spirit magic, and Realm magic, I see now." Draxus's eyes started to glow brightly, enough to force Audrey to cover her eyes. "[Star of Bethlehem]." In that instant, a giant star was created at the end point of Draxus's sword. He waited for it to grow into a considerable power and shatter it to cover the entire arena. Draxus used the star to flood the arena with light, making it both difficult to move, and difficult to see. "Ghh, too bright! I can't see where to attack." Audrey spat out complaints as she fired down lasers from each door, bombarding Draxus. "Khahaha! There it is, finally! Being unable to move while using this really is annoying. And to think you'd bombard me while it was active. [Ice Age]!" Draxus dropped the temperature in the arena between the two of them to the coldest possible degree. With that freezing cold, Audrey was starting to feel like freezing. But that wasn't everything. "[Star of Bethlehem]! [Ultraviolet]!" Draxus added extreme heat in the flooded star essence. Now, the essence is basically the concept of lava in the temperature of the sun's surface. Audrey resisted it as she was in her goddess form she looked for solutions as she started to sustain even further damage. At the very least, Audrey knew that this much usage of [Destroyer] abilities will be extremely taxing to Draxus. In a battle of attrition, she could survive, but she realized that Draxus is her opponent. With his tenacity bordering the levels of craziness, she knew that it wouldn't do well if she continued to fight in his expertise. "[Theory Magic]! [Blooming Star]!" Audrey finally made her decision, if she wants to win, then she has to use everything in her power. "[Nova]!" Draxus responded and two extreme powers collided. But with everything put in Audrey's [Blooming Star], Draxus was pushed back as the overall firepower of it surpasses even [Nova]. If Draxus were to resist, he would've used something at the level of [Supernova]. But there was something Draxus didn't know, it was the entirety of [Blooming Star]. And thus he was blasted, he was launched against the wall of the arena, creating a spiderweb crack and damaging him greatly. Audrey, had done the impossible. She let out a big sigh of relief, but she made a fatal mistake. "[Infinite Haven]." And in that second, it was as if time had stopped. Draxus, injured greatly, walked into a position just a few meters ahead of Audrey. Everything that Draxus used earlier, [Star of Bethlehem], [Ice Age], and [Ultraviolet] were all cancelled. She could see no color, nor glow in his eyes. And it was at that time, she understood what Draxus had used.
A combination of three high compensation cards without anybody taking notice, even Serkyrio. The reason for this is the first card, [Devil Reversed]. Forcing everyone in the arena to space out, completely numbed out every sense he has in his body as compensation. The second card is the [Fool], he read the entirety of future timelines, and advanced to where he's completely advantageous. The compensation is that, he's now close to death due to losing blood en masse of skipping time. And lastly, [World], he stopped every single law binding the world. This included time, laws of magic concepts and theories, casting spells, and even perception of the world. [Infinite Haven], is a skill Draxus used only when he's closest to death. The concept is similar to [Sanctuary], but he basically created a realm, where death is not permitted to come. This saves both of them, but Draxus uses it to equalize the end. A giant red orb was materialized, emanating the destructive power of a red giant. [Antares]." With nothing left, Audrey received the attack with her celestial form to cancel it.
Time began to move again, the smoke slowly started to clear, and Serkyrio took notice of the states of both Draxus and Audrey. He activated [Eternal Regeneration] and declared the end of the match.
"The match has been decided! The result ends in a draw!" Massive cheers from the audience filled with both excitement and disbelief as to how somebody that's non-archon managed to achieve such a feat. Both of them were taken into the Sentinel Hall's infirmary.
"This idiot really got ahead of himself." Serkyrio sighed as he resupplied both Draxus and Audrey's blood and mana pools without issue. It makes a person question whether his mana pool is actually infinite. "I'm glad everything will be okay though. His fiancés seemed okay with what had happened, though I kinda expect he'll be bombarded soon." Remuel grinned as he stood there doing nothing.
The two of them talked about the details after completing the recovery of the two. Audrey was the first to wake up, she saw Jay smiling gently in front of her. "Morning Aud, you did well." "I... Lost...?" Jay shook his head slowly, rethinking about his wording. "Let me rephrase that. Congratulations, Audrey. You've officially done the impossible, a draw against an archon, all alone." "A draw huh...?" Audrey looked up to the ceiling, and started tearing up. "Even though I wanted to win... Maybe this was for the best after all..." Jay gave her a comforting hug, not wanting her to be disheartened by her inability to reach the goal of winning. "Look over there, even Draxus is smiling while unconscious." Jay immediately told her to glance over to Draxus who was unconscious. Gwen stayed with him as she read a book. "Oh? Congrats Audrey! That match was amazing you know? To think you can bring Drax into a corner, both of you did great!" She remained cheerful, despite Draxus being sent into mortal danger, she didn't particularly mind as Serkyrio is around to enforce survival. In fact, the reason why they both survived in the first place was not because of [Infinite Haven]. But actually, it was all because of Serkyrio holding two different gems.
