"Thank you for coming to this month's meeting, Head Senator." Serkyrio calmly greeted the leader of Polytopia who was accompanied by the hero of their country, Claude. "I'm thankful for you as well, if it weren't for the strategy you had developed, many other countries would've ended up falling in disaster. But then, was it alright after everyone had such a major struggle in their battles?" Serkyrio nodded as he simply shrugged it off. "I'll explain what had happened during the meeting." He urged the Head Senator to take a seat as he introduced him to the other country leaders who are in the meeting.
"It's a great afternoon to give our reports to the aftermath everyone. This person here is William L'argent. He is the current Head Senator of Polytopia in the southern hemisphere and will be here as a guest for today's meeting." Each ruler introduced themselves one by one around the round table. Serkyrio sat right in the highlighted seat as he began the meeting. "Before I head to the battle reports, have all countries finished clearing the aftermaths?" Serkyrio glanced over to each ruler to confirm whether they have finished cleaning up the mess. Each archon was forced to help as Remuel created a giant crater, Draxus froze an entire ocean and smashed a large piece of it right into Santuria's coast, and Arlesk had multiple debris from the council of the skies drop down. Each ruler had nodded to Serkyrio's question which made him feel relieved. "I'm glad, Arlesk and Remuel had to use [Reawakening] to get through their battles but Draxus got a forced possession. It was a good thing the [Order of the Crystallized Sentinels] managed to stop it but it would've been a major disaster nonetheless. Now as for how each battle went, I believe it went on as how I will show in the [Memorial Event] from my gemstone Agate right now." Serkyrio activated the effects of the gem and transmitted it towards the screens where each ruler could see the battle. "So which battle would you like to see first?" Each country ruler had a light debate on which to see first. They already had reports from either their heroes, daughters, or others on what exactly happened on their country, but it was eventually decided on vote that Remuel's battle was showcased first. Remuel was slightly embarrassed being forced into his back in his battle against Oceanus and Thetis. Having to fight underwater was a major setback that was completely set up to counter his ability to manipulate fire. But his solution to the battle, was to temporarily reawaken his divinity to protect himself from a deadly attack where he creates a giant sphere with the temperature of a Sun's core. "Ahahaha... I really had no other choice to be honest... Cause if I didn't do that, I wouldn't end up drowning due to my divinity, but to die because I couldn't move well would be laughed at." Remuel let out a light comment as to why he did such a dangerous attack without hesitation. But seeing its sheer power, the heroes present couldn't bear to think that they could win against him. "Anyways, onto some battles that came from the highlights, a Sentinel managed to fend off against the vice-head of the council." Draxus then quickly reminisced as he remembered how it actually happened.
Going back in time, after the Sentinels managed to stop the rampage of the Destroyer and return home to the castle, they were immediately surprised as to what happened to Audrey. She was currently in a wheelchair and was being pushed around by Jay. "The hell, I managed to get home in a great mood and why do people here look gloomy? What happened?" Draxus could only realize that Audrey ended up using the Magician card that she borrowed from him. But before he could ask questions, he had to escort his harem back to his room where they could talk to calm down. "You see, Drax's black history kinda got exposed to them, with his ex being Gayle and Josh continuously dissing him to the point where he should be killed. He got slapped by Julie and smashed down to the ground by Draxus after retaliation attempt. By the way, what the hell happened to you?" Audrey quickly changed her expression from a massive [Oof] into light laughter. "I got revenge you see? Iapetus got nicely blasted by my [Malevarious], but he did manage to run away in the end, but I gave him a taste of a near death situation."
Serkyrio was interested on how it turned out, and asked Audrey where the battlefield was. She answered obediently and Serkyrio went there to use his [Memorial Event] to see it ahead of others. "Beside from the cunt getting bitch-slapped, a soul reawakening was forced..." Keith, who took the liberty to explain what had happened, began his explanation of the battle.
"Damn, it definitely looked super tough, but to think Wesley would ask for my massive firepower... I didn't even sense his reawakening due to the mana numbing, but I want to see how that battle went soon." Audrey remained indifferent as she felt a little sadistic as to see what happened to the Sentinels to get so gravely injured. Jevil was being carried by Wesley over his shoulder after he was knocked unconscious with massive concussion, Keith basically had open cuts and nearly fatal injuries on his back, and after hearing that Josh had to receive Keith's [Reverse Flow] to survive, Audrey burst out laughing. "Hahahahaha!!! That fucker deserved it! In fact, he should know what death is!" As most members of Preeliance already dispersed, the Sentinels simply talked in a little bit of satisfaction in their minds as they all thought the same. "True... Anybody who harms our leader, deserves punishment." They all thought that phrase as they walked to the [Hall of Sentinels] to get themselves healed up.
Back in present time, Serkyrio showed the battle where Audrey fought against Iapetus, each ruler was impressed on how she was able to hold out on her own despite Iapetus having the power between life and death. "She held out nicely alone, keeping distance as a mage and fighting in her own terms. Since Iapetus doesn't have any ranged attacks until he uses his [Gray Border], he was technically having to fight off attacks from all directions constantly." Draxus began explaining how hard she fought against one of the more dangerous opponents that he will soon have to deal with. "One touch of his spear can kill you, that's why she's constantly fighting in a way where he doesn't have time to attack since he has to chase and defend himself in the process. She was awarded nicely for doing this kind of battle, so it nice how she managed to get through." Draxus scratched his head as he suddenly remembered that multiple papers which he signed were given to her.
The scene then changed to Arlesk after watching through Audrey's battle, when seeing Arlesk in such armor that looked somewhat synthetic while still being biologic, the group was simply shocked as to what kind of power it held. All attacks were being absorbed, and he used all their attacks back against them. "Despite fighting two versus one, I felt really comfortable after activating my divinity once again. With such power in my hands, I could turn the tables against most enemies at that point." Arlesk then remembered something important and quickly reminded Serkyrio. "Right, Serkyrio, I would like to battle with my divinity active, I want to test how far I can go with this. Remuel may want to use it against you as well sooner or later to test it, but we might just want to make sure that we could fight without any hindrances next time." Serkyrio nodded to Arlesk's request and had one of his secretaries prepare the arena within a week for the duel.
After watching through Arlesk resurrect many victims of the attack, the scene changed to where Draxus had reawakened the [Destroyer]. "So that's a rampaging soul..." The King of Quisterion almost had no words to describe the surge that he managed to feel through the screen. "Hey, Ulysses, do you think you can stop something like that...?" Oswald nervously asked Ulysses on whether he'd able to fight even for a little while, but after seeing him cast a fatal explosion in an instant. "Forget stopping, I won't last more than three hits from that... And that's only an instant charge." Pantheon quickly took interest in that prowess and thought about how threatening it could be. "It's a good thing that it was sealed. I don't think we could survive if he smashes a giant block of ice at the start of his attacks you know...?" Draxus could only look away in shame as he felt sorry to the Sentinels who had to stop him desperately.
After watching through Draxus's battle, the scene changed to the point after Serkyrio had cleared up the devils in his side. Two figures came up right in front of him and calmly asked. "So you are Serkyrio Kaiser Preeliance, the Emperor of Preeliance?" Draxus and Remuel quickly identified the figures as both of them had already encountered the two men in separate occassions. "Cronus!" "Magna!" Both of them had disbelief in their eyes as they watched Serkyrio calmly confront two apostles. "Yes, then judging by your presence, you two are [Dominion]'s apostles." Serkyrio simply smiled as he placed his hands behind him to bring out four gemstones. "Cronus, and Magna... It's best if you [Retreat] for now." Cronus and Magna flinched a little, as they stepped back on instinct. "[Moonstone]." Serkyrio locked both of them inside a barrier that they cannot breach. He revealed two gems, which were both Onyx and Moonstone. "You can try to stop time there, but it will only affect what's inside this barrier Cronus. I don't want to see your face since you threaten this entire continent by your own presence. Do tell your boss that, he can't take the last soul. Sincerely, [True Administrator]." All gazes locked upon Serkyrio seeking for an explanation to what he just did, but he simply shrugged it off and ended the effects of Agate after he forcefully sent Cronus and Magna somewhere. "I sent them to space by the way, but before we continue with this meeting, I'd like to issue a massive gag order about my position. [Understand]?" Serkyrio didn't use his [Silent Command], but Draxus, Remuel, Arlesk, and the heroes present know what presence he just released. It was divinity. "Don't think of disobeying me as the [God of Administration]." That's what he last said before taking his seat once again after standing up to release divine will.
