Seeing as the battlefield of Wesley, Draxus, and Matilda is much farther away from any towns, they were completely free to rampage and damage the area as they liked. As long as Draxus had to cleanup the area afterwards, they had free ways to fight against the council without any limitations. However, with Draxus being targeted, Wesley is forced to fight two versus one against Council Members with Matilda focusing completely on defense. "This boost though..." Wesley lightly maneuvered around Mnemosyne to prevent her from getting to close. Since she is capable of memory manipulation, Wesley has to completely steer clear from her attacks out of caution that he might lose his memories if an attack connects. "It feels pretty nice to move this smoothly." His attacks have a difficulty connecting due to a barrier made by Crius. Thus he had to use shadows to try and apprehend Crius but they were all avoided with big movements. Matilda quickly makes a response as she intercepts Crius completely from advancing. "So you're one of his betrothed fiancés huh? How about I kill you first then!" Crius used the whip-sword to make an off-angle attack but it was blocked by a point barrier. When he looked at Draxus who was flashing a sinister smile, he quickly gritted his teeth. "So barriers like that can block attacks." Crius then dashed backwards as Wesley's shadows surround him for a major pincer strike. "Tch." Crius clicked his tongue as the coordinated attacks of shadows gave him quite a severe damage, causing him to drop the Virgo barrier once more. With that opportunity, Wesley attacked Mnemosyne which made her step back from the slashing attacks coming from Wesley's daggers. And seeing his failure to make a sharp attack land, he swapped with a shadow to try and finish off Crius instead. That immediately threw Crius off his timings and made a crude defense, quickly managing to cut off Crius's hands. "[Lapse in Time]!" Mnemosyne quickly covered for Crius which caused Wesley and Matilda to slip in their minds. However, due to Draxus in focus, they quickly managed to recover. But that made it way to late as Crius managed to reach Draxus before two minutes had passed from the exchanges. "Shit!" Wesley swapped with a shadow but he was instantly knocked away from Draxus. Matilda tried to contest the shockwave a little but was knocked in a similar fashion. "[Ara]!" A constellation of an Altar quickly materialized behind Crius as they were instantly surrounded with impenetrable walls with Draxus in the center. Draxus tried to contest after cancelling his Hanged Man Reversed but he was completely restrained while still fighting without breaking the limits. Mnemosyne appeared right in front of Draxus who then placed her hand on his head. "[Memory Awakening], [Stardust Destroyer]. [Force Cast] [Fortune Card XVIII - Moon], [Moonlit Memory Access], [Stardust Destroyer]." Draxus grit his teeth as he continued to resist the flooding of memories into his mind. But due to the vividness of the memories of what he received, he was slowly starting to lose control immediately.
Shouts of pain came out from Draxus which resonated within the entire atmosphere in the area. Wesley and Matilda were gritting their teeth as they watched Draxus slowly change his form as a weapon began to materialize. A single-edged sword with a glowing blade and a large hilt covering half of the blade. A divine aura emanated from the weapon as it contained silver and golden aura. However, it was enough for Wesley to understand the power that was released. "This ain't just some cosmic race! That's a [Destroyer]!" Wesley quickly took Matilda's arm and rushed toward Draxus sustaining injuries. He grabbed Draxus's arm while still being restrained by Crius and Mnemosyne and swapped with a shadow far away from the area. The location they teleported to was the coast of Santuria. In that instant, Wesley let go of Draxus and rushed to Keith's position while he asked Matilda to head towards Gwen. "Gwen is likely somewhere within the battlefield, we'll need most of the Sentinels to be present when fighting a [Destroyer]." Wesley quickly rushed with Matilda to the backline of the coastal defense.
"Tch, so they escaped? We have to keep an eye on the target while it rampages. Where do you think it ran off to?" Crius clicked his tongue as he complained about Wesley's sneaky escape. "Don't worry, Stardust Destroyer is fully reawakened. He should lose control about it, but to ensure that, we have to instigate his memories a bit more so that he can wreck havoc in their allied forces. From what I read from Wesley's memories, they went to Santuria, just perfect for another army since they're about to finish up there." Mnemosyne urged Crius to return to the floating continent and redeploy themselves on Santuria to catch up.
Back in present time, Keith, who is currently representing the front line of the Santuria defense group, could only grit his teeth as he felt Draxus's presence slowly disappear from the aura of the Stardust Destroyer. Just as he had to stand up and prepare himself to battle a presence possessing Draxus, Wesley appeared right beside him. "Keith, I have contacted Jevil and Viceroy after they cleaned up their stuff. If we want to fight against a Destroyer then we need almost the entire group." Keith turned his gaze over towards Wesley as he stood up. "What do you mean [Destroyer]? Isn't that one of the races that were meant to destroy broken worlds?" Wesley nodded to Keith's question. "Yeah, these guys are just below gods in terms of rank, so we need to get serious for once." Wesley prepared the daggers as the Stardust Destroyer fended off Mnemosyne and Crius. The two council members took that chance to go sky-high where they can't be reached.
The Stardust Destroyer continued to resonate its agony throughout the area as it constantly sends shockwaves to knock away everything that tries to come close. In that time, Jevil and Viceroy arrived to the battlefield. "I just received contact from Jay that Audrey cannot use magic due to the use of Magician. Her opponent was Iapetus, but she managed to get through." Viceroy came to the group with some news coming from Jay, this caused Wesley to click his tongue in frustration as they needed firepower to stop the madness. "Tch! We needed her for this, but this'll do for now." Wesley looked around to see who can battle the Destroyer in front of them and started thinking of a strategy. The members that were around to stop their rampaging leader are himself, Keith, Jevil, Viceroy, Pauleen, Juniper, Gwen, and Matilda which both arrived just now. And the non-members joining in were Josh, Gayle, Beatrice, and their other friends. "Josh and Gayle, you two may have been thorny pieces of shits, but at least you're going to be useful here. Beatrice and the rest of you are to lead the retreat on the army." Before Wesley could begin explaining the strategy, he suddenly gained a vision where they would be crushed by a giant ice wall. "Evasive maneuvers!" Before they knew it, the Destroyed had gotten hold of the giant ice wall made by freezing the ocean and was about to be smashed by it. But since some of them were somewhat slow to react, Keith had to takeover and stop time just to save the others. Before they could recover, the Destroyer continued his move. He rushed towards Josh with the starlight blade in his hands to slice him in half. This was barely blocked by Keith as he stopped time once again just to protect Josh. This resulted with his chain starting to show signs of breaking. "Wha-?!" He twisted his defense and made a quick counter attack which backfired as the Destroyer kicked him at full force, knocking him away and landing right into a giant rock, denting it. Blood gushed out from Keith as he finally felt pain after his long experience of dominating battles due to his ability to stop time. Josh took that opportunity to dispel the effects using his ability on the Destroyer's sword. This only managed to get through for a few seconds before it became too powerful for him to dispel. "Just what?!" He then moved to block the sword with his weapon desperately, but that weapon was instantly broken into pieces. The Destroyer brandished his weapon as he prepared to stab the defenseless Josh, but before stabbing him, he suddenly spoke in a coarse voice. "Your presence, is alike with the runt who stole my wife. Did whatever he wished, and killed her in the end. I may have already killed him in my world, but maybe he reincarnated into you. Unfortunately for you, you face the same punishment." And just before stabbing him, he felt a presence that was ready to kill him. "Reito!" The person was Gayle as she brandished her scythe ready to kill him. But being unfazed, the Destroyer simply twisted his body just before Gayle could reach him. He transitioned his attack into slashing Gayle instead, causing Josh to slightly panic as he immediately realized that he was simply used as a bait. "I won't allow that!" Viceroy used his crystal manipulation to form a powerful barrier over Gayle, ensuring that she won't take damage for a short moment. With his sword blocked by a barrier, the Destroyer then formed a micro-star from his left palm and instantly forced an explosion from it. Gayle and Josh who are both near it sustained injuries, with Josh having severe injuries after getting knocked away from a micro-nova. "Fuhahahahaha!!! To know my name, it seems the host has told you about the souls before." Reito, turned his gaze over to Gayle and raised his sword up high. "Then how about a delivery to you traitor, [Supernova]." Reito started charging as he continuously unleashed shockwaves to prevent anybody from getting too close. With such a powerful star being formed just to explode, Wesley, Keith, and Jevil instantly knew the threat level of something like that. "That thing can destroy an entire world." With one mutter from Keith, all the members trying to rescue Draxus from the possession of a [Destroyer] could only look at him with fear.
