Draxus opened the door to the briefing room where Serkyrio was discussing things with Remuel and Arlesk who were in the front seats, Keith, Jevil, Wesley, and Viceroy from his Order, and then surprisingly, Charnet and her girlfriend. "We're going with this roster?" Draxus immediately made a question without even knowing the situation, but Serkyrio nodded because he was going to drag them around for the time being. "Yeah, I was thinking of bringing Audrey instead of Viceroy but she has to take a break due to the last mission." Serkyrio answered Draxus' question as he activated something to display a holographic screen. The people that were displayed were wearing clothing that resembled cosplay. That immediately got Draxus into high alert. "Seeing as we have this strong lineup, then it means that right?" Serkyrio nodded with a smile, as he began to explain the situation.
"The Council of the Skies had ultimately decided to summon the second batch of people from the earth. And considering the location being the center of this continent, which has the new and official base of [People of Earth], it is likely that they are allies and will have full control over the poor saps that are stuck there." Serkyrio then brought up the next issue when it comes to the potential enemies that will appear. "We're going to go up against the [People of Earth] where each member is already as strong as a hero in this world. And then the [Council of the Skies] to which only Draxus has experience fighting against them. I doubt Remuel, Arlesk, and I will be able to do something about them but we don't know their numbers. Moreover, we shouldn't forget about the amount of homunculi that they had mass produced, so we have to go along with the plan here. Specially you Drax, you can use your ice and electric magic to do some overwhelming attacks, but around eighty-five percent of your entire power is sealed. You may have a hard time fighting against a council member right now." Draxus nodded at Serkyrio's words as he completely understood what he had meant. "What about my cards?" He raised a question because of his sealed state if ever he needs the cards in future battles. "You've been relying on them too much you know?" Serkyrio simply shrugged his shoulders as if telling Draxus that he should rely on his standard capabilities more often. Draxus simply sighed and decided to forget unsealing himself for the time being. The group then prepared themselves for the trip on a dangerous mission.
Back in present time Draxus faced Lawrence and Florence with Wendy's group right behind him. He prepared one of his swords and three nails to be thrown from his other hand. A tense atmosphere was being thrown between them which somewhat affected the people who were summoned. "I'll say it one more time Lawrence. Leave." Lawrence's eyebrows twitched in irritation before instructing Florence to gather up all the summoned members to join them. Serkyrio who was behind the group raised his voice immediately to catch the attention of all members. "Young members who were summoned from Earth! Hear me! I am Serkyrio Kaiser, somebody who was once summoned from the same world as yours, you may remember my name as someone who used to appear in cosplay events with Charnet. And I know for a fact that you have seen us return, I will dispute that as they were all clones made by people who intend to cause war. So here I am, extending an invitation to provide you freedom, and a chance to return home at Earth. We have finished the first stage of the dimensional gate to go home, once the gate is fully complete, you may choose to return home, or to have freedom after training by choosing our side, or you will be facing us as enemies if you join them." The members from [People of Earth] knew what Serkyrio was trying to do, thus making countermeasures to stop him. With their current leader Lawrence facing against Draxus, they tried to stop Serkyrio but were held off by the four Sentinels, and then Charnet along with her girlfriend. Remuel and Arlesk stood behind Serkyrio as if overseeing everything as Serkyrio sways the heart of the people.
Lawrence began clashing against Draxus who was being pushed back by his flurry of attacks. "As expected, you being sealed off means that you have grown weaker to the point of being inferior to a hero!" Lawrence continued pushing Draxus back as Draxus fought defensively while throwing nails once in a while. Draxus didn't bother using offensive magic for the time being as he continued to block and dodge while making counterattacks. Eventually, the boredom gets to him as Lawrence gets much more arrogant. "Twisting Blade!" Draxus twirled around after blocking one of Lawrence's strikes. He then launched a strike which slashed a part of Lawrence's torso. "So my Bladework needs more refinement huh...?" Draxus muttered to himself as blood gushed out from Lawrence who received his attack. It was a shallow cut, thus it wasn't fatal. "Guhh!" Lawrence tried to touch his injury but it was immediately covered up, leaving a mark of shredded clothing. He looked around and slowly noticed that he had reinforcements. "Iapetus! Thank the council! We have the Preeliance top brass as company!" Iapetus, along with two other council members who came along with him looked around on the situation. Iapetus then gave an order to the two other members. "Themis, speech is your expertise, catch their attention. Mnemosyne, manipulate those who you can control." Iapetus then went straight to Serkyrio who was catching the attention of most new summons. He was stopped by Remuel and Arlesk as the two intercepted him with their weapons. "Interesting, just like Draxus, both of you are quite powerful on your own." Remuel retracted his weapon first to create a powerful counterattack immediately. Iapetus attempted to strike him before it lands but Remuel already had that into account, dodging the attack perfectly and landing a painful strike on the side. "Tch, so this is the three archons." Draxus entered the same place as them to intercept Iapetus along with the two. "Too bad Iapetus, just give it up, three archons will be way too much for you." Iapetus simply smiled as he touched his badge to activate a barrier. Draxus immediately recognized what the badge was about to do and threw multiple nails aimed towards it. Iapetus simply deflected them all by rotating the spear in defense and fully activated the barrier. In that instant, Draxus, Remuel, and Arlesk, along with the rest of the members who joined the mission, were unable to use any magic.
"Now let's see who wins." Iapetus smiled as he formed a stance with his spear.
