"I have ascended!" Axel shouted as he began looking around for a potential target. He first found Olivia and Gwen together but he ignored them easily. He turned his gaze to his left and saw Juniper slowly standing up and preparing for combat while slightly covering her eyes from the brightness. He then turned his gaze to his right and found Pauleen drawing her bow. "How does it feel? To have your ability to seal things be useless?" Pauleen didn't respond with words as she dropped her grip on the arrow to fire it. Axel teleported right behind her while whispering something to her ear. "Like I said, you are too naïve to realize." Before Pauleen could dodge, she instantly received a golden sword which pierced through her chest from the back. "Pauleen!" Juniper and Olivia shouted loudly to call her but blood splattered out as the sword was pulled back, leaving an open cut on her chest. She kneeled down as she lost her power to remain standing from the unavoidable attack. After kneeling down and forced her hands on the ground to support her body, she vomited out blood before losing the power to even support herself. Upon seeing that sight, Olivia and Gwen widened their eyes in terror as someone died in front of them. Juniper on the other hand felt an extreme level of rage welling up inside her as she watched her best friend die. "Y-You... You monster!!!" Black feathers appeared everywhere and started swelling around dark energy swelled up around the area attempting to compete against Axel's ascendance. "Haaah..." Axel sighed as he watched Juniper unleash her wrath against Axel. All the feathers then flew and dark energies struck down his position. But despite all the firepower that was brought down in a frenzy, Axel remained unscathed, or so he thought. Blood trickled down his cheeks, left arm, and right side of his stomach. "Interesting, I have to get rid of you now." In a similar fashion, Axel teleported behind Juniper, which made Olivia carry Gwen by pacing her arm over her shoulders as they walked towards Pauleen to heal her. Axel tried to slash Juniper but it was easily dodged with minimal movement. It was then he noticed that something was off against Juniper. "A dark angel? Is this from mutation? Or natural, either way, that's a threat." Juniper didn't dare to listen to his random talk as she continued hurling all her attacks towards Axel. Axel attempted a second teleport but experienced recoil and stopped himself from teleporting. "Sense lock... I knew it, it's a mutation... I have to get rid of you now." Axel placed his hand over his forehead which shined brightly, blinding Juniper while cleansing all ailments in his mind. A sudden shockwave resonated within the area which caused Juniper to dispel her magic by a powerful interruption. "Wha-?!!" Juniper stepped back from the shock which was enough time for her to receive a piercing strike through her chest. "Juniper!!" Olivia shouted as she realized that they're about to die. In her mind, was filled to the brim with chaos and fear as she watched two of her friends, which she met through Draxus fall before her. Axel pulled the sword back and made a spinning back kick. Olivia lowered Gwen to quickly receive Juniper in panic. Because of Juniper's momentum, Olivia who tried to stop the momentum got knocked back and fell to her butt just before they landed on Pauleen and Gwen who was trying to heal her despite being lethargic from Axel's ascension. "S-[Sanctuary]!" An obvious expression of panic and fear was painted over Olivia's face as she generates the strongest barrier that prevents death from occurring inside. Axel simply walked towards their position slowly to enjoy the sight of two girls falling under fear, panic, pressure, and death in front of them. "Oh how I would've taken care of you two nicely if you cooperated with me~" A disgusting grin was seen on his face as his lustful eyes looked over alternately to Gwen and Olivia. After a few seconds of gazing their body shapes, he closed his eyes and his expression turned into a calmly bored person. "Well too bad, I'll have to kill you both since you two have proven to become a problem against me." He raised the sword in his right hand in preparation to pierce through the barrier Olivia created. "The ultimate protection [Sanctuary] is useless against me!" Axel stabbed the golden sword through the barrier, cracks formed in it and it eventually shattered, further inflicting the emotion of fear deeper into Olivia. Tears formed from her eyes as she began weeping as she looked down to the lifeless Juniper. "[Oratorio]!" A resonance came from Gwen as she tried to blast Axel away. However, it only ended with him flinching back a little. He turned his gaze towards Gwen and clicked his tongue. "If only you have cooperated with me the whole time! All of this wouldn't have happened!" Axel blinked from his position and slashed Gwen from behind with his two swords to form an [X] mark behind her. She fell flat face down as her expression slowly changed from shock to a smile. Memories flashed back to her as she remembered the short personal time with Draxus, and the time where he, Olivia, and herself shared a bed together while Draxus returned from a dangerous battle. She closed her eyes and spoke in a low tone. "I love you... Draxus..." Olivia's eyes started getting moist as another one of her companions fell down, and it was someone that she wanted to get close with. "Gwen... Gwen!! We would stand at Draxus's side right?! You wished for it right?! Then please!!" Olivia howled wildly as her expression continuously changes from fear to grief, and complete sadness. Axel sighed as he flicked his swords to get rid of the bloodstains in it. "You see? It's already over for you, Princess of Quisterion, you'll never become a consort to the Prince of Despair." Olivia didn't bother to listen as she continued calling out for Gwen who wasn't moving. She shook her body as she expected a response coming from her. "You aren't even listening, well you won't live to learn about the truth of him." Axel stopped wasting time and stabbed his golden sword at Olivia's back, he got in halfway before suddenly getting blasted away from his position. The person who replaced him was the person that Olivia had been waiting for the whole time. "You motherfucker! Get your hands off them!!!" Draxus angrily took the golden sword and threw it straight at Axel's shoulder by unparalleled speed using dimensions and time, landing properly due to Axel's inability to reach from the unknown kind of power. But that surprised expression he formed changed into a smile of realization. "I knew it, you are the one with [Connected Souls]..." Axel already knew this information from the council which created him. He stood there while keeping an eye on Draxus in case he attacks. He processed the information about his powers connected from the moon which was glowing from the breast pocket.
Draxus activated another card which was the [VI - Lovers], he fully healed all four of the girls that received fatal damage and took it in their stead, causing him to vomit blood all over the ground. He avoided vomiting over their bodies as he looked over them in despair. It was then he realized something, memories from another life flooded into his mind. Memories of a person that is not him, yet the same person, with a different power. He felt familiar of this power of the dimensions, and time as he manipulated them freely without trouble. Yet, he could feel himself breaking everything down in that single instant. From those memories of grief and constant sorrow. Of worlds that rejected the owner of the memories, and finding a hope, only for it to disappear as she was killed in action. With his attempts to revive her body, she was destroyed to the point of inexistence. An existence from the owner of those memories that flooded into him, a special existence that dies. Emotions welled up, power flared up, wrath engulfed the world, and everything will break. One sentence came in his mind. [This entire multiverse hates you, destroy them all.] At that instant, extreme mana levels surged around Draxus reaching from all over the country already.
Back at the imperial castle of Preeliance, Serkyrio woke up from a chilling feeling, he raised his body as he muttered to himself. "I feel a strange power, losing control..." He immediately felt the dangerous power moving in all directions, yet coming from one place. "Santuria... Ah... I have to prepare." He stood up and changed his clothes to make preparations.
Audrey arrived from the scene as not everything inside Draxus was taken over by the sudden reversal. His mind remained Draxus yet slowly changing into the owner of the memories that surged inside him. She tried to call him out, along with Jay and Maria. Draxus knelt down as he lifted up and carried both Olivia and Gwen in each arm. "It's okay... I'll be back... Livi... Gwen... All four of you will wake up later..." Along with that, he muttered something that was not audible to anybody but himself. "I'll return as Draxus if possible..." He then noticed Audrey along with her two friends that ended up unconscious from one of his shockwaves. He called out to her calmly as dark blue tears flooded his eyes and dripped down his cheeks. "Lil sis... Contact... Serkyrio..." He then turned his gaze back to Axel who somehow didn't move from his position to attack while Draxus was vulnerable. In his mind, he was thinking that he could get instantly killed if he'd try something stupid like interrupting because of the control of time. It was at this time his features began to change, one of his eyes turned brown and his hair was split into two different colors of brown and cerulean. He held both swords which had the hilt guards designed with a compass and hourglass. Small clocks appeared behind his right arm which was holding the hourglass sword, while small circular portals appeared from his left as his sleeves there where somewhat warped and glitched in appearance. He stood up, and floated a little bit in the air as his tone and way of speaking changed completely. "I... Will destroy this world... Now that I... Am without her..."
