Martin woke up as the sun was rising and stretched, "Man, last night was weird." He mumbled to himself, he searched through the shared travel bag and found more of the magic jerky "I don't know if I should, sure I'm hungry again but should I eat it, it did fill me up but a little too much, maybe if I try this." Martin mumbled before a took a small piece of the jerky and ate it, he then felt full but not full enough to be bloated, he can still eat some more but what he had was enough type of full "Thought so, the intensity of the magical effect is varied on how much I eat." Martin said.
he then sat down next to a tree and scratched his stomach "I think I might have some fleas, or it's another tick that my brain has." Martin said as he yawned and fell asleep on a full stomach.
*Thirty minutes later*
Rasuo woke up to find everyone asleep, He walked over to Martin and shook him a little "Hey, hey wake up." He said, Martin woke up yawning "Did I fall asleep?" He said groggily "well, you were asleep but I had to wake you up so that way we get to our destination." Rasuo said as he packed up their bags, "Now please wake up my brother, he's never going to wake up if we left him alone." He asked.
As everyone was ready to continue walking Giblet asked Martin a question "Hey, what was your name on Earth?" He asked "Well my most popular name was a title called Gaming Genius, but my real name is Martin, but I kinda gotten used to being called Anris." Martin said "Ok then I'll just keep calling you Anris, I've gotten used to that as well." Giblet said Rasuo nodded in agreement.
*40 minutes later*
"Hey Anris, when were you born on Earth?" Rasuo asked "Well, I was born in 2000, and I died in 2020." Martin answered "So what's 2020 like?" Giblet asked "Boring, a pandemic rose up a year before and I was in quarantine, I died because a car slammed into me at a 100mph as I went to get some shopping done." Martin said unconsciously grabbing his left side in pain "But if you want to know what it was like before, it was nice, you would probably have your minds blown if you saw it." He added, Rasuo chuckled at the comment "Like what, a former actor became president." He joked.
They then stopped at the top of a hill and saw a large town half a mile away "So we're back here again." Giblet said "Wait you've been here before?" Martin asked "Well, unlike you who was reincarnated in a body of a 15 year old beast-man, we were reincarnated as baby's in the Demon Country, and this is where we grew up at, the people here are nice it's just that they are ruled over by a bad guy who's a powerful demon." Rasuo said "So got any long time jobs that I should have while I'm here?" Martin asked "Well, with your body type your better of as a salesman in the weapons business, not that I'm saying your too fat for any other job, you would look more fitting." Rasuo said.
"Ok so how do we even get weapons?" Martin asked "Simple, I make them, I may not look like it but I know how to forge weapons, it's how I got my sword." Rasuo said "and don't worry about Materials, I know a guy who is the boss at the mines who kinda owes me." Rasuo added "and I can hunt animals for leather before we can buy any." Giblet said.
*Thirty minutes later*
they entered the towns marketplace and it was bustling with different races of people selling different produce, there were beast-men and beast-orcs, humans and the occasional Dark Elf all of them living their daily lives "This place is amazing, you lived here?" Martin asked "Yeah, but I wanted to explore since the entirety of my last life I was confined underground." Rasuo said "so when are we starting business?" Martin asked "Well first you got to get a permit from the governors office, then we have to secure a supplier, next we'll have to find a location in the marketplace to use, then we'll be set." Rasuo said as he counted up to three with his fingers, "I should be able to do get us set up by the end of the week." Rasuo added "Wait you'll be able to do all that that quickly!" Martin exclaimed "Well sure, I done this before in 18 of my lives, I can do this easily." Rasuo said "yeah, my brother is great when it comes to setting up a business, I normally do the supplying and operating, but with you we'll be able to do this more efficiently." Giblet said.
*1 week later*
"All right that's all the inventory we have currently." Rasuo said as he put a sword up on a weapons rack, he'd been making weapons on his spare time thanks to the agreement he and the mines boss come to, he had to share a quarter of his sales to the mines, "All right let's get this business going." Martin said with excitement.
Throughout the day Martins been dragging customers in with enthusiastic charisma and by the time they couldn't sell any more they made about 40,000 Debi in silver and sent 10,000 Debi to the mines, Giblet counted the remaining money at the back of their shop "Wow 30,000 Debi, combined with our leftover Debi we would be able to buy a house that's big enough for us!" Giblet said with glee "I never expected that you would have this much charisma!" Rasuo said to Martin "Well, it's something I picked up over my time on television." Martin chuckled "Well, we gotta make some more weapons to make cash, so I better get to it, I'm almost done with the ones I've been working on for the past two days." Rasuo said.
