Seraphine's POV
As I laid on the hospital bed, I felt light and empty. I couldn't believe I would be hospitalized for such a thing. I told the HOS to go to the company with Luther that I just needed to rest and I would be fine.
" Are you sure ma'am?. I could stay with you if you don't mind " Luther suggested but I declined telling them I wanted to be alone.
They left afterwards, I tried relaxing a bit but I couldn't. I kept thinking of how I suddenly became sick, and being tired as well? it just wasn't me.
I know ever since I returned from the city, I haven't been myself.
It all started the day I left the hospital. The words of the nurse kept ringing in my ears. I couldn't help but think that I just got fooled by Jesse and even at that his number wasn't going through anymore.
