" Hello" I said immediately as I answered the call.
" Speak up rambo I'm listening" I added impatiently.
" Boss, the call was from a burner phone and it was untraceable " He said. I couldn't believe my ears I thought I was hallucinating so I asked him to repeat what he said and he did.
" What nonsense are you telling me?. You couldn't trace a single phone, what exactly is your usefulness " I thundered over the phone.
" I am sorry sir , but I and my guys tried our best we just couldn't get it" He replied
I noticed that I had another call coming in so I placed his call on hold to answer the incoming call.
" You know if I were you, i would rather use the hours given to me to think about how Seraphine would be released than going around to track me down" The caller said immediately I answered. I didn't need to rack my brain before recognizing the voice, it belonged to the one who threatened me the day before.
