The guild is a hive that reports to a queen. This queen is demanding and ruthless, and various department heads are complaining about the increased amount of production. The guild is still majority production classes but that has shrunk from 64/36 to almost 59/41. Most people think that the loot combat classes earn is enough but given that are over eighty tier 2 classes. They hardly get the appropriate class clothing let alone weapons or skills. The production has to cover all that the system doesn't provide. Others don't even realize how much trouble they have to go through to make their loot useable. The amount of repurposing all the producers do is the only reason they can keep up.
