They gather around getting closer, trying to see this crazy player. He points at the guard, who tried to get Lynd arrested. "These thieves do not uphold the king's peace as I do."
Many people laugh, they don't care about the king's peace. However, certain npcs who are always ready to strike down a corrupt official so they can replace him. All the three heads in the town hold officers nearby. They need to be available to butter palms and ring neck. They also need to back each other up in case a real zealot comes about like Tyr.
