Li Da Zhan getting ready early in the morning then he walked to the kitchen only to find nothing in his refrigerator to be eaten in one go without being cooked. He was so disappointed but can do nothing about it either.
It was his fault for not informed the caretaker of his apartment to buy the pre-heated food two days ago. Thanks to his workload which he sw no end.
He sighed sadly and closed the freezer after took out an apple and a bottle of mineral water.
He settled at the dining table, eating his tragic breakfast silently. Took bite by bite, savour the crispiness while focus on his phone, reading news provided in the web.
He took a glances at the digital clock at his phone, already 8 a.m.. He quickly took the final bite of his apple, drink the whole bottle and rushed to take his backpack, and the car key before headed to his car.
He arrived at the front of Flamingo company 15 minutes later, and he met Chen Rou Jiao walking to him at the entrance of the building.
He saw she having a great conversation with her friend, her pretty laughed and happy face told him all. Yet upon her eyes moved to him, the pretty smile slowly vanished for a few seconds before Chen Rou Jiao shifted her focus back to Xie Rong.
Talking to her friend as if Li Da Zhan was a stranger who coincidently became the VIP client of the company she worked for.
Li Da Zhan still remember her words to him yesterday, but he tried to avoid being awkward, tried to be profesional because they were here for business so he greeted Chen Rou Jiao and her friend with a simple smile.
"Good morning Miss Chen."
Chen Rou Jiao stopped right acrossed him, looked up to Li Da Zhan, and bowed her head, in terms of respect of her client. "Good morning Mr. Li." she replied with a profesional smile.
Xie Rong was confuse at first, seeing the unknown person greeting them politely, but when Chen Rou Jiao called him 'Mr. Li', she finally understand.
Xie Rong obviously never met Li Da Zhan since she was not at the first meeting, but she somehow recognise his face and saw him somewhere. Only she could not remember the exact place where she saw him.
Xie Rong carefully getting close to Chen Rou Jiao, "Chen Rou Jiao, is this the important client?" she asked in low voice, did not want Li Da Zhan to hear their conversation.
Chen Rou Jiao nodded firmly.
"Aaa.." She without shy reached her hand, excitedly introduce herself without asking Chen Rou Jiao did it fro her.
"I am Xie Rong, the assistant of the chief manager. Nice to meet you."
Li Da Zhan smiled and shake hand with Xie Rong while replied her with his introduction. "Hello Miss Xie. My name is Li Da Zhan. Nice to meet you too."
Li Da Zhan stupefied with Chen Rou Jiao's assistant, as if he saw the duplicate of her in Xie Rong. The bright smile when seeing someone new, the grinned, and the excitement, were the exact characters of Chen Rou Jiao six years ago. If only he could see Chen Rou Jiao like that again.
He quickly shifted his attention towards Chen Rou Jiao who showed no expression to him. Thus he looked back at Xie Rong even though they already let go of each other's hand.
"Let's get inside, we will bring you to President Zhang's office." Chen Rou Jiao offered after noticed they were standing outside of the building for too long.
"Okay. Thank you Miss Chen."
Chen Rou Jiao bowed her head again and gave way for Li Da Zhan entered first then she and Xie Rong followed behind him.
On their way to the office, everyone looked at Li Da Zhan furrowed with the handsome CEO came into their company. Li Da Zhan seems not aware of those stares because he only had eyes on Chen Rou Jiao but the lady in front of him did not ignored them but she understood them well.
From their various important clients, only Li Da Zhan could be describe as perfect VIP client in their eyes. Attractive and smart young man, walked in their office charmingly. No one could deny his majestic appearance, except Chen Rou Jiao maybe. Because she was in mode to forget her love towards that specific man.
"Rou Jiao, have you seen him before?"
Chen Rou Jiao froze when Xie Rong asked her like that. No way she wianted to admit she knew him all along because she wanted to cut those memories away. However, she not immediately deny that.
"Why you asked that?"
"No. I think I saw him somewhere but I don't remember where."
Chen Rou Jiao exhaled in relieve. Then she chuckled to Xie Rong's concern.
"Mr. Li is from City A. How come you meet him before?"
Xie Rong could not deny that, but her mind still try to remember where she saw him. "But. I certain that I've seen him before."
"Hmm.. how about you try to remember later, right now, just focus for today activity." Chen Rou Jiao gave her opinion because she knew, remembering that thing was not important right now.
Xie Rong sighed. She pouted at Chen Rou Jiao. "Okay. I will try to remember later."
Chen Rou Jiao beamed at Xie Rong, glad she cooperated with her.
After took the elevator to the third floor, Xie Rong led Li Da Zhan to the meeting room, while Chen Rou Jiao went straight to President Zhang's office to inform her boss about Li Da Zhan presence.

Li Da Zhan, Chen Rou Jiao, President Zhang and the others were having small meeting, introducing the team who will take part in the project.
Li Da Zhan focused every details and he also inspect the first design, made by Chen Rou Jiao and her team.
"I have no problem with design. It is perfect as I expected."
President Zhang secretly smiled. He who sat at the corner of the long table, lean to Li Da Zhan who was on his right. "Then we just need to visit the resort, to finalise the design and then we can proceed."
Li Da Zhan smirked. "Sound like a plan."
"Okay then. Let's go."
Everyone left the meeting room.
Chen Rou Jiao, Xie Rong and President Zhang's assistant were used Chen Rou Jiao's car meanwhile, Li Da Zhan and President Zhang used different cars, because they will went to separate ways after that.
