But Minamoto Hitori (his only side name in Antlantia) has not given any advisors, the fact the system has not grant him was because his an outsider.

All outsider has not given the rights to get a sponsored adviser to give them, they need to hire an adviser themselves. Because for there unbelievable intelligence the system take effect that rule.

For his first time in Antlantia the first thing she do was find a suitable city to buy. The system dictates the dealer to choose and buy a city, if they failed to buy a city within 30 days they will die.

After she spokes the screen showed again asking what is the City name, "The Devils Land!" with the last word saying the name the ground starts shaking and crystal shard starts showing up and piercing the ground after the grounds stop shaking a rune was encrypted towards the ground reading it was "The Devils Land" aside from the rune a slightly transparent aura was acting a circle wall was also formed.
