[Ais Pov]
"Nice sword you got there Ais" he says
I thought he was mocking me before with the broken sword but I see that he is taking this seriously.
"let's starts at the count of 3, okay?" I nod at him and we both start the countdown.
""one...""
""two...""
""THREE!""
We dash at each other and clash our swords
*Ting! *
He holds in there for a second before I over power him, and he goes for another diagonal (/) slash I slash with my sword with the intention of clashing our swords again but it was just a feint and he dodges to the side and slashes horizontally(---) making me jump backwards to avoid the blade.
Just as I touch the ground, he dashes towards me slashing his sword downwards, I parry it but I can feel that it's a little stronger than before.
*Clank! *
Our sword clash again, he then throws a kick to my stomach, making me take a few steps back gripping my stomach.
I attack making a horizontal (---) slash.
He ducks under it, holding his sword on the side he makes a big arc from hip to shoulder.
As I was about to redirect my attack our swords clash one more.
*Clang!*
Being caught mid-attack plus the great momentum behind the attack made me loose grip of my sword making it go flying a couple meters and get embedded in the ground.

"I win" I say to Ais while pointing the copy of her sword at her neck.
'Getting swordsmanship was a good decision' I thought while looking at the system notifications.

'That went better than expected' I look at ais that seems happy that she lost...?
"Thank you for the spar mister Calvin" she says with a little bow.
"Drop the 'mister' I'm only 17 you know? and thank you too, I'll be looking forward into sparing with you more" and hold out my hand 'I need to stablish our relationship as "friends" and not "master-disciple" as she is making it look'.
She shakes my hand and looks at Loki, which is 'looking' at me with a serious face.
"Oi brat, don't you want to join my Familia?" she says with a serious tone and squinting her eyes, making me able to see her red pupils.
'she's looking at me like a threat, those eyes that see right through me and this feeling of fear and submission, not even Karen made me feel like this when she was Serious'
"N- no I don't want to join your Familia" I was sweating and I couldn't help but stutter at the start.
"And why is that?" she says while the mood was getting heavier and heavier.
"I find your Familia... troublesome, and I don't like problems" I say and she looks at me for a couple more seconds before shutting her eyes making the serious mood vanish and turning into a playful one.
"Oh? then there's is nothing I can do for you to join, eh? but since you're helping ais you can come here anytime!" she says while putting her arm around Ais's shoulders and turning around to leave.
The crowd disperses and I exhale all the air that I was unconsciously holding in.
"*haaa∼* Gods, are strong, stronger than I expected, they're at least break 12 or something" I go through the gate, and get lost because I don't know where I was to begin with.
I look at the dungeon and make my way there, after some 15 minutes of walking and buying some food along the way, I end up in the dungeon but instead of going down I go up.
"I need a new weapon, I can't be copying Ais's sword all the time, but I only have 100k valis with me... at least a steel sword, right?".

[Hephaestus Familia shop]
'Turns out I was wrong, the cheapest dagger here is like 150k valis' well looking around is not boring either, a lot of interesting weapons.
I go one floor up and the cheapest spear was like a million valis, it hurts my heart not being able to buy the cheapest thing here, then I notice "something" calling me I go through some rooms filled with weapons and customers, and end up in front of a peculiar sword.
Just like I thought some weapons are linked to the owner, just like when I duped Ais's sword I felt a temporal link with the sword 'I mean I technically made it right?' I could feel like it was almost unbreakable like it could take a full attack of Karen and not break.
But this sword is calling for me, like it has consciousness of some sorts, the sword itself it's just a long sword with a golden handle and a black blade that its blue on the edges, and has some blue runes in the middle of the blade, I went to grab it almost instinctually just to get stopped by a hand.
I looked to the side and saw a woman with red hair and an eyepatch. 'a god..., probably has something to do with forging'. I retracted my hand and turned to her,
"Only touch thing if you are going to buy them, and I don't think ta you have 80 million valis in your pockets" I look at the price tag and almost have a heart attack.
"isn't everything here overpriced..." I muttered unconsciously.
"that's what everyone says, this sword here can supposedly cut through anything made of Damascus steel and magic stones of high leveled monsters with spatial abilities" she says with great pride but sighs at the end.
"But only someone with great spatial affinity can use its signature ability, I made it without thinking of the requirements to use it and in all my life I've only seen a handful of people with spatial affinity".
'Affinity to space? I mean 4th dimensional creatures must have it so high that it's an instinct, and me being part 4thDc (4th dimensional creature) I must have a decent amount of it' looking at the sword again.
'Maybe I can copy this one', most of the swords in this floor are magical and choose their wielder, every time I try to copy one it says:
[object it protected by outside forces, level up dupdomancy to be able to break through these forces]
"You understand now? So, don't touch it unless you can use it, why are you here in the first place? This place is only for workers" looking at me with suspicion.
I guess I was entranced by the sword calling me I didn't look at the signs in the door.
"Ah that... hehe I didn't know, I was just following the call of the sword" I scratch the back of my head and point at the sword.
"Really?!, that means that the sword is choosing you... but that can't be! You are just a level 1" she says with a suprised tone
[Hephaestus Pov] (I accidentally wrote 'Hephaestus POG' and imagined her doing the pog face XD)
Being the creator of the sword, I could feel that the sword was happy with him being nearby.
But he is just a level one... then that means that he has a special affinity with the space element at least 60%.I can feel that he is just a human and something more but it's so little it's probably some bloodline from outside.
But now comes the question, do I give it to him, as the only one who can use it in who knows how much time.
Or not, and wait for a high leveled adventurer to pop out and that has affinity with space.
'Might as well leave it in store for 50 years more' but if I give it to him ill lose a lot of money, so I can lower the price for him to buy it in the future. I look at him and speak.
"Seeing that you are the only one who can use it in the generation of adventurers I'll give you a 25% discount"

What? A discount, I don't know if you see the price, but even with the discount is a lifetime's worth of money!
"Yeah, thanks for the discount, but I don't think I'll be buying it" she looks at me confused "i mean I could buy a house and live my life without worries for that amount of money, so... bye" I walked off while she was still dumbfounded by my response.
I walk through the door and look back at the frozen from shock god, then at the sword and whisper.
"[splitting]"
And a copy of the sword appears in my hand I look at it and the connection is telling me that is very happy.

'great' I went to the elevator and into the dungeon ' time to test this new baby'
While walking down the spiral, there was a kid that kept gawking at other's equipment, I mean it's Kinda relatable these guys are full of shiny stuff and gems it's hard not to look at them.
(Calvin feels older because he trained instead of sleeping with [shadow boxing] and when he was half-undead, he couldn't sleep)

Here's today's chapter, I didn't upload yesterday because I didn't have much time and the inspiration never came so I ended scraping that "effortless chapter"
