The people working in prison were directly under his control so they obeyed without hesitation.
They held Angerboda and shoved her inside the cell again.
"Get your dirty hand off of me," the woman struggled.
The whole prison was sealed with magic so no one can use any other type of magic there. Thus Angerboda was powerless at the moment.

"No I can not," yet the guard was behaving stubbornly.
"Do you know who I am?" Silja's face turned ugly. She wasn't used to anyone showing disrespect to her.
