Cindy gaped without her realizing it. Her eyes didn't even blink. Her body seemed frozen and would never thaw. "Th-that," she stuttered while pointing at Prince Aerus' very real holographic image.
Lia and the prince looked at each other. They fell silent, lost for all the words in their brains.
Cindy thought she was going to pass out, just like what she'd seen in the movies. But it was not so. She still woke up even though she didn't want to. "Aerus? Is that you?" However, when she saw the figure of Prince Aerus flickering, Cindy wasn't sure what she was seeing.
She rubbed her eyes, thinking her eyesight was troubled. Then she drew closer to Lia and Prince Aerus. Her fingertips touched Prince Aerus' body. Empty. There wasn't a single thing Cindy could touch.
But how come Lia could lean so comfortably on the prince's body?
