Hedos' lips didn't move, even though he wanted to answer. How could he not answer when the girl he loved asked how he felt?
"So that's your decision?" Looking away while her heart was wailing in pain, Princess Harya finally stepped away again, her hand already grabbing the doorknob. "Don't ever expect me to come here again."
Her body jolt softened when she finally felt a tighter embrace from Hedos. The man closed his eyes and then inhaled the scent of the princess. Smells of cherries and also some fragrant flowers. "I… I like you, Princess."
The corner of Princess Harya's lips curved gently. But that's not enough. "What did you say?" She wanted a clearer confession, she wanted all the love that could weigh her down, all the love that enveloped her until she didn't have to look for it anymore.
And she believed that she could get that kind of love from Hedos. She had been waiting for all of this for a long, long time, without her knowing it.
