Zack's question hung in the air, demanding an answer. Zino, wearing a smile, turned to face Zack. "Well, how about we do some second introductions? Let's talk about our families and stuff."
"I despise self-introductions," Szedra blurted out. "Reminds me of those awkward moments at my Academy. The perfect time to ask for a bathroom break is when it's almost my turn."
Tess chuckled, realizing that Szedra wasn't upset about anything specific, but rather, that was just her personality.
Zino responded to Szedra, trying to reassure her. "You have plenty of time to go now. I'm sure you won't miss your turn."
Szedra hunched her legs closer to herself, feeling a pang of guilt as she realized Zino misunderstood her comment.
